From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new summer house and the sauna we built alongside it — both are just fantastic and finished to such a high standard.

We made several enquires online to build a new outbuilding for a gym room and we had dozens of quotes back, not only were Universal Quality Buildings the most competitive on price / value they had the best pre-sales support and advice of anyone so we chose to move forward with them.

Having had several bad experience with tradespeople we were astounded with the quality of workmanship, attention to details, reliability of the Universal Quality Buildings we would 100% use them for any building work moving forward and highly recommend them to anyone else!

Davit stepped in very last minute to help us create our outhouse of dreams after we decided not to go with another builder and their end to end service really was amazing. From the initial design process to the finishing they were excellent at communication and just getting on with it. They have a great team whose attention to detail was fantastic. I have nothing to say about this company apart from the fact that they are absolutely incredible!
I first approached Davit in May 2024 after speaking to numerous garden room companies who were unable to accommodate my budget and were trying to sell me short on quality or things that had no logic and weren't making sense.
Davit was polite and reassuring, he sent me a portfolio of garden room projects he had already done and they looked quite impressive. I explained my circumstances and just as the company states - the customer really is at the heart of every project - that's exactly what happened. The team of architects explained the legislations as well as sent me the 3D modelled designs and at this point I knew I made the right decision when I saw the designs. My garden room was built from the ground up and completely bespoke to me, how I wanted it with everything from light switches and sockets, to cladding and laminate flooring.
The team of builders in this company were polite, respectful of my property and kept me in the loop at all times when complications arose. It was genuinely a pleasure having them around and working on this project. They also had suggestions when I myself was unsure of how things could be, which I adhered to, and looked aesthetically amazing after. I now have the most beautiful garden room studio, all fit within my budget, custom designed and have a great rapport with a top tier company who are also providing me aftercare for my building. I genuinely don't think there is another company out there who can provide this level of reassurance, quality and finish that Universal Quality Buildings can.

Universal Quality Buildings were a pleasure to work with and used High End materials throughout. The guys worked super hard and followed the plans exactly. They always asked questions during the build and ensured we were happy along the process.
