Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. I bought the Business option for 29€ as it said it provided advanced signature and qualified signature. Bought the subscription for a month. Having unsuccessfully tried to access the correct level of signature I then came across in my subscription for Business that the two signature levels I needed were - Available soon as an option. This was the same case for the higher subscription for Business+ and Enterprise. I could not believe it. I spent 3 hours wasting my time. So I signed up to SIGNIUS - brilliant. A lot cheaper and so easy to use. Don't bother with Universign.

We completely understand your frustration, and are, of course, at your disposal for any questions or to assist you with the current services available.

We hope to have the opportunity to fully meet your needs in the future, and we appreciate your understanding.
