Terrible experience with this company. I placed an order at the beginning of February with 3-5 days delivery. A month later, it is still saying that my order is being processed. I have tried contacting Unka via email and phone calls. No one has responded to my emails and no one answers the phone. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
I placed an order on 17th December for a Christmas present, I finally received this item on 11th January. The owner finally responded to my email from 4th Jan on the 21st February. She accused me of ignoring a notification that stated they were away. I was using the mobile site and I did not see any notification. My Mum and I both ordered from them and neither of us saw this message. I think her response could have been handled better. I received the coasters I ordered and they are beautiful. Just a shame my experience has now been tarnished.
There most stunning coasters I have ever seen. Worth every penny. Excellent service, highly recommended. Thank you Unka x
