Good internet overall but the main issue is that the network would randomly cutoff or can’t handle more than two devices on it.

Signal is 5 bars only because the cell tower is half a mile away. Speeds vary between 80mbps - 140mbps which is great we live on a boat in North Florida ( Black creek/ St Johns river). Took unit to the mountain house North Georgia (Clayton) no signal found. Happy with the service we have on the boat.

This company comes at a complete surprise in today's world!! They deliver exactly what they claim and the price is very fair. I have lived in a broadband desert for years, Unlimitedville has been the answer, we are forever thankful for the amazing service you guys provide.

Works in rural areas! My router works great for my phone and computer while on the go.

It was easy to set up. Probably the easiest of all travel internet providers I've tried. Just plugged it in and it came online. And the speeds have been fantastic, nearly equaling my cable internet speeds at home. I travel all over the USA for work, and this is so much better then basic hotel internet, no matter where I've been.

Able to work from home and take on the go when I want to travel and work, comes with Ethernet ports, I love that it accommodate my needs. Go grab this Internet service worth it

Easy installation. Actually had a router that went out. Technical support was very excellent 5 Stars. Shipped me a new router and I was back up and running in no time. Out in the middle of nowhere and I am getting great download speeds consistently over 285 mbps. Would recommend to anyone on the go in an RV

Great experience and no problems so far. A little pricey but still good.

Have had no problem with it. The best I have. I have changed because NOMAD is a very bad service. If not for unlimitedville I would have to suffer.

This has been a great option for us as a department to have reliable internet at all our on-site games!

So far the Internet service to our boat has been excellent. We had one outage and customer service resolved it quickly. Highly recommend for remote Internet connection.

I love that I can easily unplug at night to keep the wifi from disturbing my home. Other carriers would make it problematic to plug back in, requiring lots of redundant logins, 2FA etc etc but UNLIMITEDVILLE plugs back in and works wherever I want it in the house! It is great. The signal strength does not cover the entire 2000sq ft property, so we do have to be in the same room or adjoining room for Zoom calls-but then the strength is perfect. To me this is actually a plus, because again, we do not want the radiation to affect more of the square footage than necessary. We just have to know where to place it when needed.

I've lived off-grid for 11 years now, in the southeastern corner of the Arizona desert. I had to depend on my mobile phone's hotspot to access the internet, which I did successfully for that entire time, yet as you can imagine not the greatest or most reliable way to stay connected. I finally found Unlimitedville and finally was able to order the 4G LTE package. It arrived in no time at all, and indeed did connect immediately just plugging it in. I did spend some time improving the settings within the modem, but it works so wonderfully now and I know I'll forever be with them since the connectivity is now superb compared to what I had before. I can't begin to express the thrill I have now in unlimited downloads, and far superior connection to the internet than I had with my mobile carrier. I therefore highly recommend Unlimitedville to anyone who's in need of connection in a rural or mobile situation... it's a Godsend and I couldn't be happier.

I live about an hour north of Dallas, TX in a rural area, but not so rural that I lack internet options. I chose Unlimitedville for the same reason most people do: the promise of unlimited data. I even purchased their most expensive package because I work from home and need consistent, reliable service for everyday tasks like sending spreadsheets, resumes, and job descriptions.
Unfortunately, the service has been totally unusable. I lose connection more often than I can actually use it. Two laptops, a phone, and one outdoor camera all drop off randomly, no matter the time of day or night.
When I contacted support via email, because that's the only method of communication they offer, they were fairly quick to reply (got my hopes up), but provided NO HELP... AT ALL. NOT EVEN ONCE!
They only asked me to send screenshots of modem status pages. I sent them exactly what they requested, and then heard nothing back until I chased them down again. Their only “solution” has been to offer me a refund.
I’ve repeatedly told them I didn’t want a refund; I wanted them to at least ATTEMPT troubleshooting. Instead, their final response to me was:
> “Unfortunately it feels like we have exhausted all troubleshooting to get this unit connected. We will issue you a full refund for the plan.”
That statement is almost insulting because they made NO real EFFORT to troubleshoot in the first place! For the most expensive plan they offer, and for customers depending on internet to work, that level of “support” is unacceptable.
**Bottom line:** if you’re a remote worker, student, or anyone who depends on stable connectivity, Unlimitedville is not the solution. Their service may work for casual streaming or light browsing in populated areas during non-peak times, but if reliability matters whenever you need it, you’re paying a premium price for what amounts to an unstable hotspot and a customer service team whose only fix is to refund your money.

For $89 it's a little steep for a little to no service it takes over 10 minutes for any of my devices to do anything online I've switched to my mobile hotspot on my phone because it's so poor
They are saying that they are trying to contact me through trust pilot
spent over $400 to upgrade to the new 5g router and even though i finally got it working by swapping the old sim card from the other router which the instructions said nothing about. now that i got it working the internet keeps crashing every 5-15 min making it unusable. i tried contacting support but they give very robot answers not understanding my issues and u cant contact anyone on the phone even during buisness hours. now its the weekend and i still cant contact them. i go back on my semi truck for a month making it where i wont have time to return the router within 21 days money back garuntee. what a joke this is

Horrible customer service. Speeds advertised not received. Canceling is a NIGHTMARE. My husband and I signed up for their 4G plan and are paying $145/mo for it (yet after we signed up they started advertising this plan at $89/mo). We could barely get over 1mbps down or up, so we shelled out the $400+ to upgrade to the 5G plan. The device arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS and NEVER WORKED. We reached out to customer service for 2 weeks with no response until I threatened to report the company as fraud. After the device still didn't work, they told us we could cancel and sent it back. They then charged us AGAIN for both plans and said they couldn't cancel it until they received the device, which was not stated at any point in the prior correspondence. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I used Unlimitedville for about a year, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The internet service constantly went out, often requiring a hard reset of the router just to get back online. Over a 12-month period, I had to send my router back three times for replacement. Each time, I was without internet for several days.
What’s worse is that their customer support is only available during standard Monday–Friday business hours. If your service goes out on a weekend or in the evening, you’re completely on your own until they reopen.
When I finally had the opportunity to switch to fiber (thankfully), I contacted Unlimitedville to return my equipment and cancel. I asked for a prepaid return label or a local drop-off location. I was told neither option was available and that I was fully responsible for paying to ship the equipment back. While their policy says the account is canceled when the equipment is received, it doesn’t clearly state that the customer must cover return shipping out of pocket.
Unlimitedville may sound like a good option in rural areas, but I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. The lack of reliability, limited support hours, and unclear return policies make this a poor choice. Consider more transparent and dependable services like the Verizon Internet Gateway (Cube) or Starlink instead.

Nightmare cancellation policy and horrible customer support. They actually refused to cancel/stop service until they received mail from me. I tried to cancel over phone/email but they denied it. Very scam-like setup, I would avoid at all costs.
