Unlocator's customer service totally nailed it! They were lightning-fast in responding, and even with my head-scratcher of an issue, they tackled it with unstoppable determination. It was like having a superhero squad for tech glitches! They didn't back down until the problem was toast. I have used them for a few years and upon renewal I had a billing issue (I basically paid 4 times as much as normal) and they got back to me promptly with a full refund and a nice discount code if I wanted to renew. Excellent service and excellent customer service.

Great response and follow-up after Netflix issues . It’s a recurring event as Netflix changes their setup regularly. Unlocator team always comes through.

I’ve been using Unlocator for a year now, purchase they’re 2 year special. They have a simple UI interface and are prompt with supporting their users with trouble shooting any issues in an efficient and effective manner via email and within their app. I am pleased with their services thus far. Would highly recommend.

Been using Unlocator for almost two years -- support has been really helpful and speedy in tackling issues in a timely fashion. Service-wise, there are no complaints! Buffering speeds and quality of the content has been top notch.

Bought a 2 year subscription in April 2022 after seeing Unlocator's SmartDns channel support list which listed support for Australian TV channels. It worked at first and I wrote a favorable review on Trustpilot. However, after a few months, SmartDns stopped working for Australian TV Channels and I had to file for support. Throughout my subscription I have had to file for support numerous times and have barely managed to use this service. As at the date of this writing, service has not been restored for Australian TV channels despite waiting for MONTHS. Why claim to work for Australian TV channels when it doesn't? I hope the company will at least stop doing that as it misleads subscribers into paying for a service that is not able to deliver on what it claims to do.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I subscribed to them in early October of this year for their smartDNS services.
Right from the get go neither the UK or Australia channels worked on my Apple TVs or computer. I thought, OK, Ill give it a little bit to process. About 30min later the UK channels were working, but none of the AU ones did. I sent a message to CS, they got back to me asking for screenshots of this & that. I sent them a screenshot of Channel 10 with it showing that I wasnt in region to watch anything on the site. Even tho my account for Channel 10 shows im in NSW. They come back to me saying they are looking into it & will get back with me.
his was TWO weeks ago & not a word back yet.
As of right now Oct 29th 2023 neither the UK or Australian channels work for me on any device.

I had tried them, just to try another service. BUT,There are better smartDNS services out there. I suggest you go look around before you subscribe to this one.

Communication is a two-way street. Mallik has been precise and easy to follow in requests for information, and consistently prompt in responding to me. This gives me high confidence that resolving my issue is a priority to the company. In 39 years' relying on PCs, it's been a rare experience to feel this kind of connection to a service provider.

Having been long term customer’s we recently had a little blip with our service. After contacting Unlocator via the chat service Mallik responded to us and guided us through first steps to get reinstated. When we were unable to get it all working we were offered a teamviewer appointment where he took over control of our computer and very quickly solved the problem. Very happy with this service!

Unlocator has stepped up thier game over the last year or so. If you where thinking of trying Unlocator in the past, but didn't? Now is the time to start! I love it, easy to use, no dropping! It's great!
