WHAT A RIPP OFF if I could give them zero stars or negative 5 I would. after seeing other reviews I realize I'm not the only one. They took my money and didn't deliver and wanted more money

Its been 5 days and still nothing. I have tried to get a hold of someone and cant find no one to talk to. I want a refund period. Now its telling me that they are offline because upgrading. They shouldn't have taken my money if that was the case.
