It worked, but I was a bit unsure and had to ask a friend.
Under the heading: How to enter unlock.....; point 1. says to enter a SIM from a network that does not work on your phone. I was unsure if this meant a new, unactivated SIM, or someone else's SIM that was working in their phone. Perhaps the instruction could be clearer for those that are not in the know about these things. Otherwise, I am well pleased with the service.

Yes it works
Had a samsung to unlock, didn't hear anything for 24 hrs so emailed them, confirmed my details as they were having problems finding the code then within 10 minutes I had a code.

Fast Service I didn't need
I'm only filling this in, because I've been asked to. The service was extremely prompt. I don't know whether the code worked, because it turned out that my mobile had already been unlocked. I guess I wasted some money and time. Unlockcode4u was kind enough to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I don't unlock too many phones, so I don't really think I'll use it.
I'm sure it is a very useful service for those who actually need it. I would have preferred a full refund, but do understand that they probably can't do that.
