Unlock Surveys which is the newer component of Springboard America survey site is causing me major stress. I cannot redeem my points at all for any Reward. I use Microsoft Edge and when I go to redeem my reward points I get an error code: (The connection for this site is not secure

I have sent Unlock survey staff numerous emails and online problem submission forms asking for them to send me a link to redeem my rewards or to tell me what is the problem. They send a standard reply but no solution to my problem. I have over 7000 points on their site and I want to redeem them. The site will let me take surveys and get points, but I have not been able to redeem them for over a month; tried using my smartphone, my laptop and my computer to no avail. Shelby of Bellflower, CA

Had to register to earn a $5 welcome bonus. Put in all my information and site says I earned 5000 points ($5 equivalent) but I need 2500 points to cash out. Total garbage! I closed my browser and reopened the site, and my 5000 points are gone. No contact link on site...being a scam site, why would they.

Too stupid...'No contact link on site'. So they act like they're concerned and ask for a service ticket number. Hey, there isn't one because you make sure there aren't any.

The site will not let me cash out my 25.00 to my PayPal. I have just started experiencing this issue and have sent customer service two messages now with no response at all. This is fraud because you're not paying your customers for their services that they spent their time doing. It seems like they just turn off the connection to the rewards all of the sudden so you can't cash out. Very frustrating.

Received an invitation to try them out and did a couple of surveys. All of a sudden, I received a message that my account was deleted for suspicious activity. Ummm ok? Glad I didn't waste too much time with them before getting scammed.

Fastest surveys site to get to 25 dollars. There are of course times that you will get booted off surveys, usually if you answer truck questions wrong or are not the demographic group they are looking for. But in comparison with other sites, I cash out 25 at least once a week and others are less. I usually get my PayPal payment in hour or two. But today, Saturday I'm still waiting for my payment after 4 hours and hopefully it doesn't take more than a day. But no problems so far. Highly recommend it. I think you get 5 bonus to start.

I successfully completed their 2500 threshold and it now says I cant access my rewards. My ticket # is (1000347922). I try to redeem and it conveniently says "website can't be reached"

If I could give this POS company a -10 score I would. They remove points from your account without reason and when you reach out over 5 times with no response, you realize that they are scammers and are dead set against you reaching a threshold to redeem. Looking into class action lawsuits and they also have never responded to BBB complaints against them.

They had sent a survey for 700 points to complete in my email. As soon as I finished, they said I will receive the points. but soon as I got back on the website to do another survey it. All of a sudden it says your account was deleted for suspicious activity. And I’m like what in the heck. Because I didn’t do anything wrong.

**UPDATE! In response to Unlocked Survey’s reply. Apparently you received WRONG INFORMATION! This issue was NOT RESOLVED!! I just received a response from them TODAY (4/27/26) that they are working on the issue. That is NOT a RESOLUTION! I sent several messages in the span of a MONTH and a Half with only two responses and NO RESOLUTION!!

I got to the payout limit and tried to redeem my points, but I couldn’t! It said to put in my information and click the button to finalize, but there wasn’t a button! I’ve been trying to redeem my Points for almost a month now. I contacted them and waited 20 days and Still heard Nothing from them, so I wrote them Again. I got a response with a suggestion that didn’t fix the problem. They said to get back to them if needed, I have Several times and am getting NO HELP AT ALL!! Don’t waste your time with Unlocked, if you really need/want to Actually get paid!!!!

They never pay out the rewards they offers. Multiple occasions

Access denied for payout and no help from the so called customer service. You can give them all your time for these surveys but as soon as it is time to redeem your points do NOT expect to get any type of compensation for your time. I am writing this review after getting ripped off. I only was able to get compensated 1 time and then after that i was able to get up to another payout and all the sudden that. I will not waste my time on this company anymore and please be wary of this business.

For no reason whatsoever I was suspended (which is always permanent and unrevokable) today. I had accumulated over 3500 points, which is now gone. Poof. No warning. Just locked out. I had been painfully careful not to be inaccurate or conflicting in my answers to numerous surveys. These people can't be trusted. Go elsewhere and avoid Unlock Surveys.

My support ticket number is 1000343533. I would really appreciate it if my case can be properly reviewed, as I followed all guidelines and I’m still unsure what led to the suspension.

I redeemed a $25 Amazon gift card on March 4th and never received it.

Joined today, completed a few surveys, got a bonus for doing profile surveys. All using my actual information, all filled out thoughtfully, all taking about 20 minutes each, and making sure to select the correct answers when prompted by the surveys to see if I was paying attention (i.e. the questions where it tells you to pick a specific answer or to identify which items were in a picture to make sure you weren't a robot)

As I was less than 500 points from cashing out, my account got suspended with no information given. What a great way to get survey info for their partners without ever actually having to pay out any incentives. Avoid.

​I am writing this review because my PayPal reward from Unlock Surveys is currently well past the expected processing time. I completed the requirements and redeemed my reward on 24th February, 2026, but the status remains "Pending."
​I have reached out to the support team to inquire about the delay, but I have yet to receive a helpful update or a timeline for when the funds will be released. Very disappointing experience with Unlock Surveys. I joined, followed all their Terms & Conditions, and spent time completing surveys honestly. I was even credited points for completed surveys.

Suddenly my account was permanently suspended for suspicious activity without any clear explanation. If I had violated any rules, I wouldn’t have been able to complete surveys successfully in the first place.

It’s unfair for anyone to spend their time completing surveys only to lose their account and points without transparency. I’ve contacted support and I’m still waiting for a proper explanation or resolution.

I hope this issue is reviewed and corrected.

I've emailed them about my account review to cashout they responded saying Friday it should be completed it's Thursday and they permanently suspended my account without reason im furious 😠 all that hard work. Im really believing they are a scam at this point. I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt.

They did respond to my email and investigated my account and reinstated it. I was able to cashout for me it took an hour to receive payment but typically it takes a few business days. I changed my rating based on customer service. They were nice about but you have to be consistent with your issues towards them.
