Problem with order, no reply to emails for help
I ordered an item from this company and was happy with it, so I placed an order for 2 more items. They charged my Paypal account. I never got a confirmation email, but started getting emails that I had items still in cart. I have sent 3 emails to address this, but they do not reply. I think I have been scammed.

I bought 4 dresses and a skirt assuming I would return at least something but no. Everything was perfect. The quality is decent and the designs are just so beautiful. Taxes and duties are included in the price too. 10/10. Im sure I will buy more in the future

Custom sizing order - dress
I ordered a dress that was US size XL, which requires custom ordering. Throughout the process communication from the store was great. Operations were closed over a holiday, and while that was no fault of theirs, they kept me updated with emails regarding the status and even sent a free gift. It did take a while for my dress to arrive, but I expected that since it was custom made. When it arrived it was exactly as pictured and fit well!

Avoid this dress
The garment is ill fitting. Such a disappointment. The sleeves are far too tight around the wrists and I am a size 8 Australian (size 4 US) who bought a medium. The bodice of the dress is also ill fitting. Such a shame as I love the brand and have three dresses that I love.
