Wrong order, extremely over cooked parmo

Today at 5:00pm I dined at the Stokesley branch of UNO Momento this was the first and last time. I often dined at the Darlington and Yarm branches and never had the need to raise issue.
Today at Stokesleys branch my wife’s meal was fine however my meal wasn’t, I ordered a Kiev parmo I was given a plain parmo. They did offer to cook me the correct one however as my wife had started eating I declined. I wish I hadn’t the plain parmo was extremely over cooked I could hardly cut through it with the knife, I had to remove most of the bottom layer on the breadcrumbs as it was so tough also the chicken breast was very thin. Not once did staff check with us on the quality of the food, even when they collected our plates and they could clearly see the pile of over cooked breadcrumbs and still nothing said. Very disappointed in the Stokesley branch
