I’ve sold a property previously using an agent and the contrast between them and Unreserved was night and day.
We sold an investment property in Melbourne and the market was challenging but we waited it out for the right buyer and sold for what we wanted. Can’t thank the team enough and the app was really easy to use

What a brilliant product
We were considering selling our home but weren’t sure about getting the price we needed. On top of that the agents we spoke to seemed overly optimistic about how things would go.
When I saw Unreserved I figured it would at least help us understand if buyers were interested at the price we needed.
The process was so straightforward and having access to direct questions and data from buyers meant we didn’t have to second guess what an agent was telling us.
We are thrilled with the price we got and how affordable the support was.
I would definitely sell with Unreserved again.
