I purchased 100 leads at $35 a lead from this company. It took over 10 days for me to get 10 phone calls after be logged in over four hours each day. I requested a refund for my $3500 they told me I should probably go work at Costco and they don’t give refunds, I came to find out that the slow call volume was due to a technological error on their part as they were switching over systems and still didn’t offer to give me a refund. I’m a honest, hard-working salesman and nobody should be treated this way. Take your business elsewhere.
The 10 calls I did get were not valid leads either, it was a combination of 80 year olds and people who wanted the free 20,000… UGH

a decent brand out of the gate loved my hoodie i bought from them. but for a 125 dollar special edition hoodie without the ability to send it in for a draw string re-attachment is a bit alarming given other premium brands would replace or fix like lulu, patagonia, etc.

unfortunately loved the local company and supporting them but have to take my business elsewhere and i would too if you expect a decent treatment of a valuable clothing item.

The leads here are outstanding quality. I have worked leads systems with several companies in the past and this is by far the best. No recycling leads. Consistent every day.

It's challenging to start out as an insurance agent. There are so many companies out there that are happy to bring you on to their team, but they don't care and offer little to no real support after you have joined. Happy to say that is NOT AT ALL the case here. You get detailed answers to challenges in a matter of seconds. The level of live support and live training they offer here is unlike anything else I've ever seen or experienced.

I found that the Unrl team is committed to its clients. Coming from a place where I could go week without hearing from one person, I was pleasantly surprised when transfers came through and pre qualified. Not ever call is a perfect set up, but I can work with that. More opportunities means more success.

I have been a licensed agent for 10 years. I've worked in the field, in a corporate call center, and as a broker over the phone. I've been working with UNRL for close to 10 months now. I can say the experience has been positive.

I log in each morning, consistently receive calls from morning through the evening. My results have consistently been trending in a positive direction. In July I was able to produce $36,000 in AP. It works.

Absolutely no excuse as to my experience with Chase and his team! They're very efficient troubleshooting issues and making sure every call is worth it. Half way through my selling year and with UNRL I've been able to produce over $70k on annual premium. Money well spent if you're looking for a validated vendor.

Hailey C has no clue about speaking to or prospecting for new life insurance agencies looking to try/buy their service for Final Expense transfer leads. She reads off a check mark list her boss gave her and follows this pathetic Discovery Call format, rather than having a business needs conversation with a prospect. The company needs to wake up and realize call control is a recipe for failure. If I want to spend money with your company, do not try to qualify me with your low-value questions. The company only provides live transfers during Eastern time and does not cover other US time zones. A total waste of my agency's time.

UNRL is Legit, but...

They do live transfers for Final Expense. They provide excellent service and coaching. They insist on using their script which leaves a bit to be desired. They are also on the pricey side! But when it works, they are real people being transferred. This was my first concern--that it might be a scam, but it wasn't.

That said, I waited for hours every day and most days did not receive a transfer. They said they needed me to sit on the phones all day to get calls. Others were...so they must be right. But why doesn't sitting on the phone half the day render half the results? For some reason they do not. Regardless. I give them a 5 star for sincerely but a 2 star for results. To be nice we'll round up and call it 4.
