I bought a few domains in 2022. I tinkederd around a bit. Now I've decided I want to use them . It's very difficult because so much has changed and I'm not to computer savvy.

I can sign in a see my Domains. I can't see how to manage them. The sign in page is a seller page. I almost get .y wallet setup on MetaMask where I registered them, but I get an error message. I can't get my cd.me setup. My account number connected to my Domains doesn't show up.
I copy and only get the name of my domain.

I've contacted help and sent a email but I've somehow got 2 emails connected to my Unstoppable Domains.

All this is way out of my league. I'm impressed I still own them, however 1 asked for a signature but it's shows error and ask for a wallet, but MetaMask is not an option. Yet MetaMask does say my Domains are connected.

I'm stuck in a loop and don't know how to get out. YUK, right?

The support team have been very understanding of my requests, and helped me though to a positive conclusion in each case.

i bought a domain with $20 , but there was issue in my transaction so the amount received was less than $20 dollar , i was waiting for the purchase confirmation , but nothing happed , so i sent them an email request with my order number , they replied fast to my request and they found the amount i purchased with is less than $20 and another transaction issue they solved it by completing the amount and, i done back the purchase process again and i got my domain , plus i bought another domain because i felt i am in the right place

Whew! What a difference another year makes!

Our first year was near-perfect. Better UI than nearly all other 9 registrars, much faster than anyone else on bulk changes (they're still the best at that, hands down). We brought 3 investors with us.

Then they seem to've replaced all people & functions with a profoundly substandard form of AI.

Even after learning of their .COIN scandal, we trusted and invested. Now? They've yanked all web3, can't trade, sell, or even mint them!

Then came Brady tweeting his intention to cancel a paid BIN sale on a sold domain! Red flag #4, followed by unannounced price hikes, followed b.... it's become a solid half-dozen issues accumulating.

Kudos for bulk change simplicity, and to UD Staff, who respond quickly, courteously. We've shifted the bulk of our biz from there, can't recommend UD anymore. Still, grateful for that one exceptionally good year before all these issues began. #JumpedTheShark

I’ve been investing in domains for the past 5 years and I only do it through Unstoppable Domains. I had some problems at the beginning when i was new to investing in domains and their customer service is outstanding, they never disappoint weather i had problem with transfer or needed a refund they were always there for me and always helped. I recommend UD to all my family and friends because i believe web 3 is the future and it’s coming fast. Great job UD, we all have a bright future ahead of us with you guys leading the way.
