Overall very poor management with the exception of certain people (aka Web Designer)

I joined UNTIL in January 2025 as a new aesthetics clinic, attracted by their promise to support small businesses. Within a couple of months, credit prices went up, so all services became more expensive very quickly.

Despite this, I signed up to a 12‑month “Enhanced Website Package” to revamp my website at 190 credits per month and a separate social media support service at about £300 per month. The web designer, Rich, did a great job and the site looked professional and great, and staff like Nata and Jonah were kind and helpful.

The social media support, however, was poor value. Over about four months it produced no actual bookings, a promised professional photoshoot never happened, posting was inconsistent and sometimes stopped for more than a week unless I chased, and communication was slow and inefficient. I eventually cancelled it feeling I had wasted several months of spend.

By late 2025, once you add membership fees, higher credit prices, the website package and the social media spend, UNTIL had become more of a financial drain than a partner. I asked in November 2025 to end my membership at the end of December and to arrange a smooth handover of my website with no downtime. After emails saying the website service would be “terminated effective 31st December” once December was paid, my membership and site were cut off at year‑end.

After very poor communication for about a month from UNTIL’s side, my website went offline on 1 January 2026 without my consent. I was then told that to get my website project transferred I would have to pay for the remaining four months of the 12‑month term, based on “unrecovered build costs” I had never been told about, even though I would not receive those months of service. The project includes before‑and‑after images and more than 40 articles and artwork that I created, but UNTIL is still holding all of it while refusing to transfer the site unless I pay for four extra months on the premise of upfront building costs which was never disclosed to me in advance. After some short negotiations the amount they are asking for me to pay is still too high for a website that I handed over to them to be revamped and I have effectively lost access to it, along with the medical aesthetic blog posts and artwork I produced. I currently have no functional website for my business as a result.

Overall, while some individuals were genuinely good to work with and the build quality of the site itself was high, my experience of UNTIL’s pricing, social media support and the way admin handled the end of my contract has been very stressful and disappointing. I feel I have spent around £5,000 with UNTIL and been left with almost nothing in my hands.
