Ordered a $1700 motorized stair climber chair and it delivered via FedEx in 4 days. Chris sent me an update when it was out for delivery to ensure someone would be home to accept the package.
Unfortunately, I had to return all of the items in my purchase. However, they have not refunded (2) of those items, weeks after receiving all the items. Customer service is very slow and the entire exchange is sketch.
Do not buy from this company. I bought something from them and then felt uneasy about it. I did not get a receipt. I looked their reputation up and realized it was bad. I tried to cancel order an hour after purchase but there was no one to talk to. I was able to send an email to their "contact" department that I wanted the order cancelled and to not send me the product. They didn't get back to me until the next day saying it was too late to cancel, that they had already sent it. I asked for a receipt and tracking number. They said I would get them when they were made available. They basically had not sent it yet but didn't want to cancel the order. I was to get my money back through my bank. But do not order from this company. Very bad and hidden business practices
