Great quality products. Would buy again.

Used to love this brand, but quality and customer service has gone downhill.
Latest batch of shirts I ordered were visibly smaller in exact same size and fit as before. I've contacted customer service, but after the initial reply I've been ignored. So now trying to return the shirts, which is also really difficult with this company. So will have to avoid them going forward which is a real shame

Great fit and the quality is good too. I do think the price is a little high but ordering was simply and the website easy to select size with a good size guide. I went for one of the wrinkle free options and it doesn’t needs ironing at all if you hang it up quickly after washing so good for me !!

I have recently visited the store at Trafford Centre, I’m not on to normally give a review but as I was out of my depth, I just wanted to give a positive spin on the staff at this store, I was greeted with a glass of preseco from the manager I believe named Emma, the staff helped me pick and decide on the shirts I was even offered a seat while I waited for my items to be cashed up over all a lovely store and I will be visiting again.

Such a shame that I have to unsubscribe both our accounts. Having found some excellent products from UNTUCKit, with such an investment in assisting with correct sizing, I. Made the simple request to stop the useless email marketing from the .com, USA side of the company. No use, and promoting products not available here in the UK, especially Women’s wear - which could be viewed as saving me money, but still frustrating.
Could this be communicated, no, anybody listen, no, anybody interested in feedback, constructive or otherwise, no. Emails copied, for weeks now, to management, no response, no interest at all.
Given this, and the plethora of other options, it will be untucked shirts from anyone but UNTUCKit from now on.
It was not like this in the beginning but, as often happens, companies have success, grow, and then cannot cope with customer care any longer.
This will only get worse, but the good news is that for all people out there, prices will start to tumble, but without any customer care or interest this will only sustain them short term.
Remember, as many other reviews say, UNTUCKit sizing is different, good when you find the right one, but getting there with any number of returns, exchanges, refunds, shortages of stock along the way will be very difficult given the absence of customer care / service.
Best avoid, sorry 😞

AND it gets worse, no contact, no response, no interest only more and more unwarranted marketing emails, cannot stop them.
All businesses make mistakes, all have problems, and how they deal with them sets them apart, but NEVER have I experienced a company who do not listen, and where you cannot “reach higher” to someone that does give a ****, as they remain faceless and anonymous to contact!
And remember the products are good, once you get the right size but, as already said, unless you get it right every time, or should you need customer support for anything, forget it!
Such a shame.
You will however get to know which customer care agents like “cats”, walking, outdoors or any number of personal details which, without any listening or actual customer care, is really just pointless, irritating and patronising!

Visited their store in Covent Garden at the weekend and my husband and I bought 5 shirts. The service from the super young guy and the girls was outstanding. The try on shirt was a fabulous idea ensuring we got the right size. A small problem post sale was dealt with super fast and to our satisfaction. The Bourbon cocktail we were served was a delight and welcomed. Will definitely return and recommend.

I always liked wearing a shirt untucked but some brands don’t suit it. Ordered a Flannel Barrelstone after a friend recommended Untuckit. Arrived in a couple of days by courier and was nicely packaged. The fabric is good quality and the regular fit is slim enough to look good while forgiving the odd Christmas over-indulgence! Overall, I’m impressed by both the quality and fit and will be buying again.

Recently received a Flannel Sherwood, definitely worth. Delivery was very timely and shirt is the high standard you would expect. Great service all round.

Received the UNTUCKit wrinkle free shirt ordered. I was very impressed with attention to detail in packaging. The quality of fabric and style is at similar level as the reputable brands out there. Definitely plan to buy more from this brand

The shirts are US sizes. I'm not a slim guy and their regular fit looks like a tent on me. When I tried to request a refund, their UK website asks me to arrange for international shipping to the US. Then when you try to request the refund, you have to use a website called "returnly.com" and enter your email address, but when you enter it, it doesn't find your order. Also, customer services is a US number.

They offer a UK website so you would expect that you can return items to the UK.
