I still have not received my package

The return policy is a joke. You have to pay for shipping to return the items to China, even if you want to exchange items! It's disgusting and they are cheating people out of their money! You have to negotiate a solution and I had to pay an extra 52 dollars if I wanted to salvage anything from this order. By the way, i am still waiting for the negotiated items to be delivered. This is the worst consumer experience ever!

This dress fits the shape of my body perfectly and is comfortable to wear all day. The length suits me just right. Finally, I found a well-fitting dress. I want to buy several more colors!

Do not order from this company!! Their products are cheap and it is impossible to return anything!! You have to ship to China, pay for shipping and customs fees and they won’t acknowledge receipt of the items. You won’t get your money back. They are horrible to deal with and the only contact is through email. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Beware!!

I never received the dress for about 2 months and it didn't fit me , I tried to return it and contact a member for a return label I never got for a response

If I could rate a -5, I would. Horrible customer service. Sizes didn't fit and I wanted to return. I spent $85 and they tried and negotiate from $15-24. I even purchased the worry free guarantee which has less value than a used postage stamp. I think they are garbage, unresponsive and avoid answering a direct question. I promised I would leave this review wherever I see fit and as often as possible.

paid EXTRA for "worry free return", when it didn't fit got an email saying it would cost more to return it than the item cost(it cost $65) and was offered $10. Reporting you to the attorney general

They said my order was delivered on the 17th of January. Can not find a customer service number for the life of me. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED...FILED DISPUTE WITH PAY PAL

Once I received the dress, the AI in the advertising doesn’t match the dress at all and quite disappointing. The colours in advertising were muted and fabric appeared silky. Reality, the dress was much brighter in colour and fabric seemed a cheaper version. Overall, 6/10. I won’t be buying from the label again. It’s too deceiving.

Another China based scammer. The positive reviews must be fake. I ordered a dress ($65 on sale). Shotty craftsmanship. Returns have to be shipped back to China which means you lose you to money in tariffs and customs.

The price is reasonable and the workmanship is extremely fine. It's exactly the same as in the picture. I feel great wearing it and I will definitely buy it again.

The color is very attractive and the design is very sophisticated and fashionable. It is an excellent item for my winter wardrobe.

Could not get company to help resolve issues with delivery issue, and takes no responsibility to refund money

This is one of my fav store. Some items are hit or miss but right now I’ve been waiting on my package since December. It was never delivered. If I don’t receive my page in six days as they stated I will not purchase from them again. I have bought a lot of clothes from them.

There's no way to unsubscribe from their email. The closure materials are poor quality.

This dress is exactly the same as the picture. I love this design. It looks very elegant for semi-formal occasions. I've received a lot of compliments and I definitely recommend it!

While I love most of the items I got, there are two dresses that won’t work at all. I have not had time to deal with that because of a family death out of state. I hope to address it when we return home in 10 days.
