Ps.. not all drivers wages are the same!
And most recently a truck with no handbrake and dodgy brakes and another that wonders all over the road (MAN TRUCK) and if you don’t drive it your shown the door.. wage structure is VERY POOR

Sorry to read your review Arthur. As a company we have an annual staff turnover of less than 5%, something we are rightly proud of and a great reflection on how we treat our employees.
During your relatively brief tenure the company paid your training to become a Class 1 driver, as well as fully paying the days required to undergo the training. On top of this in 2022 the company paid you for in excess of 10 extra bonus days holiday on top of the 30 days annual entitlement as part of our drive to provide a first class work/life balance.
It goes without saying no driver has ever been threatened with losing their jobs in the manner suggested and the company employs 3 full time truck mechanics to maintain a fleet of only 12 commercial vehicles, something that has been highlighted as exemplary by transport auditors.
Whilst your review and the motives behind it are disappointing, this is the world we all now live in.
We seek to make no judgement on your post and make no comment in respect to your relative performance whilst employed here. All we can do is wish you well for the future.
