Do to my own stupidity I wish I would of checked on the reviews of this company as Im begining to think I have been scammed. Bogus phone number, Bogus email address apparently. Package was ordered 12/3. Stay away from this outfit..

Ordered an airwrap hair tool kit for my daughter for Christmas… which will likely never come. I have emailed multiple times and called. Their phone number is disconnected. No tracking information on the package and googled the location in Fresno, CA where it says they are located and it doesn’t exists

There is no customer service.. phone is disconnected. No returns. I do no recommend ordering from this company. They do not respond to emails. Products are of poor quality

I ordered reading glasses and never received them . The company cannot be contacted. Total scam.

I ordered a Comfortable silicone adhesive bra lift on May 10 for my wedding on May 21st. I received it after my wedding on May 26. I have called them and emailed them for a return authorization and no one has gotten back to me regarding this issue. I do not need this item and am trying to get a refund.

Absolute scam. Ordered 2 pairs of pumps, finally received them and omg what rubbish quality. If worn can’t imagine them lasting long. Emailed for refund and got offered 20% refund - joke. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ordered a steamer spa which was listed for 1.29, never received it, phone call to customer service goes to voice mail, email not replied.

Dresses came in look completely different then the pictures. Cheaply made, extra long.....awful! Asked for return info and their reply to me after pay $70 for 2 dresses is "would you take $11 and you can keep them?" I said no, I would like to return. "would you take $18 and keep them?" I said no....total scam company....

Very bad cheap clothing waste of money. Lousy customer service and not satisfied. Don't buy this online clothing from Dubai. No refund. They ask you to pay for shipping

The way you can find out if the clothes aren't good. Try to post a review. If they say they need someone to review before posting your review. Thats a scam company !!! The reviews that are 4 and 5 stars are fake, I bought 3 sets all are crap!! Believe me you will not like anything

First time ordering clothing on line. The dress fits me perfectly :)

I am still struggling to receive a return authorization. It has been months the company wants me to return my purchase to China at my expense!! Then they will give me a refund. I have to spend the better part of $100 to mail the return for a $140 credit. Ridiculous.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not honour their return policy, they do not respect their customers.

The dress received looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement picture. The dress is made from dull cheap see through material that hangs unevenly like a sack!

I am very pleased with the Quality and looks of the two sweaters I ordered!

Took seven weeks to get dresses. They don’t fit me as expected. Ask how to return them and get my money back. After several emails they finally offered me $10 for the $107 order! I asked if they were kidding and have not had a response! 🙁

Placed my order 1/31/21 it’s now 3/15/21 and the items have not even shipped! I keep getting the run around by Uparna. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Buyer beware!
