Alas on this occasion the UPBOOST service has been abysmal. I ordered an item which became out of stock so was sent something that is very different. Seeking a return and refund the organisation has gone completely silent (they promise 24 hour reply). I have one of their pumps and rate it highly so wanted another one. It seems their website service promises are all a bit of a sham!

Used once and when I tried to use it next time it wasn’t working. Screen wasn’t displaying anything. When I put it on charge, said 100%. When I take off charge screen shows nothing, currently unable to use. On each side of the clamps, the plastic cover as come off on each side. Absolutely poor quality, these came off on my first use and I wasn’t bothered. Best believe, poor quality and design. Emailed their support team and no response.

After a very slight issue with a delivery address my order was upgraded to a more versatile product “Upboost Apex Pro” at no extra cost and without hesitation….. Brilliant product so useful with great features More than happy to recommend ! - changed my review as I have now discovered their after sale support is absolutely useless I have been trying to contact them via email as there is no number to call So anyone reading this prior to ordering you had better hope the product is perfect without any reason to contact them as you be out of luck !!!!!!

I like the product, it works well, simple to use and a good range of features.
I had a small problem with delivery but it was sorted out fairly quickly. Overall i'm happy.

Quick efficient service

Bought the Ultra tyre inflator, decided to check the accuracy of the device with a ANSI calibrated pressure gauge , the Upboost Ultra under read by 2psi.
I decided to contact there customer support and 3 emails and four weeks no reply.

It does the job but don’t rely on the display for accuracy as 2 psi is quite significant on a performance tyre.

They did not deliver and did not respond to emails. If they had kept me informed. Website says 2 to 3 days. 3 weeks in still not got what I ordered

Recieved my Upboost 2.0 on a day I was stuck on a groundwork job with a wheelbarrow with a flat tyre, just great timing really. Inflated the tyre quickly and no down-time. Was worth the asking price for that alone. Good power, great control and really good build quality, only time will tell but out of the box Im well impressed.
Intended use is to keep it in the glove box of my scooter 🛵

The quick release inflator hose is very solidly made and works well. I needed it for my BBS alloys so I didn’t have to go to the garage

Great quality product and excellent customer service

Fast efficient service. Looks to be a great product. Yet to use to be honest, however from the recommendations I’ve had im certain it’ll perform great. Makes my work life so much easier 👍🏻

Worked well for 10 months but now doesn’t inflate. Reached out for help which did result in a response after 7 days which I responded to immediately however not heard back since then - that was 11 days ago despite numerous chasers. Very poor customer service and product quality if it only works for 10 months. Having said that, on day 12 I’ve been advised a replacement has been sent, thankfully. Increased my rating from 1 to 2 as a result but won’t buy UpBoost again.

Good cheap product

I never received my order. In fact it was never despatched. I've sent 3 emails but no reply and there's no contact number to call. SCAM!

Worked brilliant at 1st then wouldn’t reach set pressure, have reached out 3 time to support with no responce in my book that’s unacrptable.

Quality product, quickly delivered. Strongly recommended.

I got my first one a while back and checked the tyres on all my motorcycles with no issues even at 40psi so have just got a second one to carry on my scooter. Topped the charge up in my 1st one in about an hour. So far so good.

Item was not delivered, they refused to talk to me either by phone or emails. THIS IS A SCAM SITE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

AS for the reply from Adam, I am afraid I dont beleive what he says in the last paragraph. If the item was delivered by Amazon as stated on the tracking app, there would be a signature or a photograph of the delivery point, yet Adam says the item could not be found.

The refund has yet to hit my bank account yet it apparently was paid 2 days ago!!!

If you are happy to let your items be shipped by a company that does not get a proof of delivery of any kind, you are asking for trouble!!

When I called Adam’s number , which is advertised on the website, to ask where my delivery was, there was no pick up but a text message asking who I was, then another stating he would not answer calls from a number he did not know and then a final message saying if I didn’t stop ringing him he would block me. This was after I messaged him to explain who I was and why I was ringing!!

Customer Service Haha non existent.

And still waiting for the refund to arrive!!

Absolute rubbish. The first one I bought wouldn't ever show a full charge. They sent me a replacement which charged fully once. Now it won't charge at all, after being on charge for a full day it will run for a couple of seconds. I would recommend that you buy from a reputable manufacturer that give more them their inadequate 90 day warranty.

You claim to have refunded my money but as far as I can see, you haven't. When do you say that you did this?

I have still not received a refund, don't write things that are patently untrue.
