Definitely a scam. They showed proof that it was delivered to the wrong address and told me that they can’t refund me because it was delivered. Seems to be the same with everyone. It’s a big scam.

Says delivered to wrong town and zip code. I have literal proof and CS says they can’t refund because of “proof of delivery”. Yeah proof that it wasn’t delivered to me! What a scam, don’t buy from here!

Just like everyone else, I ordered some exercise equipment from this place and it was marked as delivered (on a day that I was home because I work from home), and there was nothing at my door or at my mailbox. I waited an extra couple days to see if it would arrive and it didn’t so I reached out to customer service who told me they would investigate the issue and get back to me in 48-72 hours which never happened so I followed up again. They told me they were still looking into it which was clearly a lie at this point. They never intended to investigate it. I requested a refund at that point because it was clear I was not going to get the product I ordered. The customer service person told me they weren’t going to give me a refund or a new product because the delivery company said it was delivered WITH NO PROOF of delivery at all whatsoever. So they don’t care whether you received the product or not. They will keep your money and don’t care about retaining customers or good reviews. DO NOT purchase anything from this place, they won’t do anything to rectify an issue. Terrible business practices.

It should be less than a 1-star. Its the same thing as everyone else is saying with charging extra money for nothing. The website is down, the package does not track. It is a BIG SCAM!!!

Do not order from this company. My package was marked as delivered but it was sent to the wrong ZIP code and city. I contacted the company but they refused to reship or issue a refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. This feels like a scam, avoid UpCentralStore at all costs.

I ordered a toaster from upcentralstore.com and it never arrived. On top of that, they charged me an extra $29.99 for some kind of subscription I never signed up for. Total scam. Customer service was useless, offered me just a 25% refund and no explanation or apology for the unauthorized charge. I’m now disputing the charges with my bank.

It’s clear this company is just out to take your money. Avoid UpCentral Store at all costs. Spend a few more bucks elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star, ordered a toaster which never arrived and also they charged an additional $29.99 fee for a subscription which I never signed up for.

The best they could offer me is a measly 25% refund and no apologies for the extra charge, they are clearly fobbing me off so I am going through my bank to refund the charges. Hopefully the bank does the right thing and refunds the fees for services never provided and also for additional services I never signed up for.

Going to avoid these cheaper services in future and spend a few more pounds in future for reliable places to shop

would give a below 1 star if possible. I ordered a juicer from this company and the shipping company lost my package. They lied a told me the shipping company successfully delivered, which I can tell you they didn’t! No pictures or anything. Scammer!!!!!

I did not receive my juicer and was charged an extra 29.99. When I ordered an item it clearly stated in my order that the program was free. No one would refund me or tell me where my package was. I truly believe this is a scam.
