When expectations don’t align with what happens next, it can naturally create doubt, and I want to address this calmly and transparently.
First and most importantly, please allow me to clearly reassure you: Upcomers does not charge any additional fee to activate a real funded account after successfully passing the challenge. There are no hidden activation payments. Once all challenge requirements are met in full compliance with our rules, the funded account is issued without any extra charge.
If you were prompted to make another payment, it is likely related to one of the following scenarios:
• A new challenge purchase (if a previous account was reset or breached)
• An optional upgrade or add-on selected during checkout
• A technical misunderstanding during the transition phase
• A compliance review outcome where not all requirements were fully satisfied (for example: consistency rule, minimum trading days, or another rule verification)
In some cases, even after reaching the profit target, accounts go through a final compliance review before activation. If a rule violation is identified during that review, the account cannot proceed to funded status. In that situation, starting again would require purchasing a new challenge but this is not a payment to “activate” a funded account. It is simply the beginning of a new evaluation cycle.
I understand how this could feel confusing or unfair if the communication wasn’t completely clear. That is something we take seriously, and we appreciate you bringing it forward.

Upcomers has been a good experience for me.
The rules are clear and fair. In all honesty, I lost my account once or twice at the beginning because I wasn’t following the rules properly.
I knew the mistakes were on my side, so I came back more disciplined and focused on better risk management, and it worked — I’ve received two real payouts so far.
One thing I really liked is that you don’t have to wait weeks or months to get paid. Once the funded account requirements are met, you can request a payout.
All you really need is to respect the rules, manage risk properly, and stay disciplined.
The support team was helpful whenever I had questions, and overall I’m happy with my experience and plan to continue.

Professional prop firm with clear rules and fair payouts
Honestly, this is my first time working with Upcomers, although I already have experience with other funded accounts from different companies. That said, I can confidently say that Upcomers have been excellent so far and are among the better prop firms I have worked with.
The rules are clear and fair, and as long as you follow them, there are no issues with receiving payouts. Everything is handled transparently. If you make a mistake while trading, their team informs you in time so you can correct it, which I really appreciate.

Good Discord support
I have traded with 5 firms so far, my account has technical issues with upcomers. First I am not able to login in MT5, then I got another issue that the dashboard not updated, then my trade is frozen during the weekend even though BTCUSD is running in other firms. I went into a lot of trouble from the start, I emailed support and opened a ticket on the website. None of them helped me expect discord support It was great. krishna that helped me during Sunday while others didn't respond to me. I really appreciate it and now I'm in good standing with this firm bcs of him only.
I hope I reach the payout soon on my 100k and get my first payout. And update my review again after getting my payout

Krishna resolved my matter the best he could
Krishna helped resolve the situation im updating my review to 4 stars unless something else shady happens out of my control. I appreciate the support hes given me throughout.
No support what so ever. My messages got deleted in Discord from their "support team". My electric went out for 2 hours due to bad weather. I would never ever let my trades stay open 2 hours ever. Im a Scalper and only keep positions open for 30 mins or less. I asked for a reset or consolation account due to circumstances LITERALLY out of my control. I even tried going to a neighbor's house to use their internet to close the positions. After the 2 hours passed my position literally went up in profit but by the time that happened the trailing drawdown rejected all my trades. I showed them proof and they denied me without any empathy or resolutions.. Sad I thought this was a good prop firm that cared about the traders that practiced discipline in their trades and didnt over risk.. I was sadly mistaken. Ill update my review if anything changes.. I gave proof of the injustice to their support team and nothing was offered what so ever..
