I would recommend the service for name changes
I was skeptic but this service was awesome! I knew it was going to be a headache to change her name and it took long but this service helped us. I would recommend it.

Conflicting instructions and rude customer service
Their instructions involving their passport picture process are confusing and contradicting. My passport picture was ultimately rejected by the passport processing center, even though Kim said that my picture would work. One email says they don’t review your picture before sending it to you and then the form you get in your packet says that they DO review the picture. Kim was also very rude in her communication with me. This service is not worth the money.
