Paige, my leasing associate, was great and gave me all the necessary details before move in . The day of move in concierge had great service and was very welcoming. I love my new home.

It was great. The ladies here worked so hard to make my move here smooth and easy.

Dave, Jay and Jeff were very professional, courteous, extremely careful with all of my possessions. They were very personable and so helpful. I completely got to relax and trust their expertise. George's moving company is truly the best around and their movers work so hard at making customers confident in their move.

The parking garage fob wouldn't work correctly so made moving hard and luggage carts are no where to be found.

The Updater app made my move so easy with step by step instructions.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from an incredible leasing agent who was very familiar with not just the property in the business but The Human Side of Things she was extremely patient she locked me through several several units actually back and forth to the same unit twice I think and let me figure things out on my own which really made me feel at ease the property speaks for itself I mean what can I say it's almost there living at the Bellagio in Las Vegas it's a resort style lifestyle and views are breathtaking is it they did an amazing and the thought process that went into this place the location is amazing all the shopping you could ever imagine the beaches are up the street and my dogs love it

While I was overwhelmed and upset about a lot of things about this move I can honestly say the management team was kind and understanding. I do know that they did absolutely everything in their power to ensure that I was able to move in on time; sometimes things are out of our control. Unfortunately large companies rely on smaller companies to ensure things get done. Those smaller companies impacted the timing of my move in and for that I don’t blame chinook. Overall my move was extremely what I needed.

The falls made a very stressful time less stressful. The leasing office is very kind and patient. I am very happy with our experience.

It was simple to use & everything was seamless. I appreciated the reminders & how it helped me keep that part of the moving process in order.

The Fountain Club Property Management staff are professional, courteous, thorough, informative and the office operations are well organized and pleasant. After weeks of looking for an apartment in a new city, the Fountain Club team of trained and caring individuals (particularly Bethel and Kat) made my move a stress free and exciting experience from the application process to the welcoming keys to the front door. I look forward to joining this community.

Terrible experience. Updater entered the wrong pricing information for the internet service I booked through them then were completely unhelpful in correcting their mistake. After talking to a dozen different service reps between the internet company and updater over several months I finally got contact for an updater service manager, who took weeks to get in contact with me. And she could do essentially nothing for me, and couldn't even offer a genuine apology for their mistakes costing me time and money. DO NOT USE their service.

It is a great service, but I had never experienced anything like it so I had to play around with it to figure out what it wanted me to do. For example, I had to actually click on the links to access the other sites when I was under the impression that it would do it for me. Once I figured it out, it was easy peasy and I would use it again.

This made it so much easier to keep track of the move-in tasks that were necessary! It allowed you to keep up with your smaller tasks! Definitely made the move more stress free!

I fell in love with apartments as they were building. Once I took a tour it was icing on the cake. The amenities are amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Made me feel at home! Helped me with everything I needed and made it less stressful for me to move in. So much to offer and it's peaceful here. So much to do in this area also from shopping to walking trails with my dog. Love it!!
