Easy and clear to use

Easy and clear to use. The assessment form was clear and well structured. Only took a couple of minutes to fill it out.

I had a quick response and my request (a pregnancy fit to fly letter) was received within a few hours of submitting the form and payment.

Cancellation not completed

After an initial enquiry, I was advised that Updoc could not help me over the phone and so I requested to cancel any subscription. I was told online that this would be completed, however have now been charged another subscription fee. If this occurs again I will take it to Fair Trading.

Terrible systems, good at taking your money but terrible at providing services

Awful, just awful. Charged me monthly but didnt ever let me have any free certificates? I tried again and again and again and there was no way of loggin in on the UK website. I demand a refund because for the amount ive spent this is simply not acceptable
