I have been trying for since June of last year to have my phone number removed from their records as I have never used them. Despite suggesting it had been resolved in August I am again getting payment requests for an account that has nothing to do with me.

Warning: Avoid
My experience with Updoc has been disappointing. I booked a single consultation and was later charged for 13 months of a subscription I never knowingly agreed to (the subscription option is default and manually needs removal). None of the emails I received from Updoc ever mentioned a subscription or recurring payment- you don’t recieve a confirmation or update email, even after a year.
When I raised the issue, Updoc refunded six months as a “goodwill gesture,” but continued to ignore or were really slow at responding to any of my follow‑up emails regarding the remaining charges. You get a new person responding and who asks you the same questions as before. They tell you they send you lots of communications about the subscriptions- this is false. You recieve communications about their other products. They refused to provide me evidence of a subscription.
After researching online, it’s clear many customers have had the same issue. Transparency around subscriptions and billing needs serious improvement.
