Poor customer support! Specifically, the one who manages our account, has consistently supported us late, despite stating he would reply within 24 hours. The information he provided was disorganized and confusing. The invoice process is really complicated and a hassle.

Once you tell them their tool is not working and that you want to cancel, they say you cannot cancel based on the contract.

I understand there is a contract, but your tool is supposed to be working as advertised

Really unhappy with the way I was manipulated on the pricing side of things. The contract said we only needed to pay $477 per month but within a few days another $199 a month was added to be able to pay the influencers with the tool. Bracing myself for more hidden fees to come. Hopefully it doesn't bankrupt our small business.

There is nothing easy or intuitive about this platform. It is difficult to use and navigate, time-consuming and if they tell you they do affiliate marketing, don't believe them. I literally hated using it and had to force myself to log on everyday. Worst of all, even the creators who joined my campaign had trouble using the links and getting paid- spoiling the trusting relationship you are trying to build.

We had a couple issues at first due to a conflict with our software and processes, but Upfluence went out of their way to figure it out and get it sorted out in a way that worked best for our business. Great people to do business with.

We have had a really good experience with Upfluence. Influencer marketing is now part of our source of revenue and we can track the return on eveery creator we work with. Really great!

We have started using Upfluence a few months back and overall, the tool is great. We are able to track sales from each campaign, which was a crucial part for us. We had some little bugs at the start, but the support team was very reactive to help us hit the ground runnign.

Excessive charges / Bad custom service
The functions in the tool are very poor. The data analysis is not good either. Our company plans to cancel the subscription, and we contacted the account manager a long time ago but got no response. We contacted the online customer service, but they evaded the question and only said "We have given you 30 days notice for renewal." We raised questions but got no explanation as to why the email address for renewal notifications is different from the email address for bills. Did they communicate with us about changing the email address? The manager didn't give any notification, and the message we sent was like it had disappeared, and there was no service. I didn't expect their online customer service to be just as bad.

Upfluence makes is really easy to manage influencer programs and even easier to sell. Other platforms may tell you they will integrate with your current tools, but they won't really track everything or automate processes to save time. We have both shopify and Amazon stores, and now we can see real sales on those from influencers. Really amazing!

Got trapped in a contract - they tell you that you will find lots of useful marketing influencers, their sale people then push you into a contract without letting you try the product. Then when you complain they refuse to both accept or let you out of their contract. I would avoid them or at least ensure you get to test this yourself before sign up.

My experience with Upfluence has been disappointing, particularly regarding their rigid contractual terms and billing practices. Despite the platform's significant shortcomings and the substantial manual effort it required, my attempts to terminate the retainer contract were met with inflexible adherence to the agreement. This left me feeling trapped in a service that did not meet expectations.

Efforts to cancel due to underperformance were disregarded, and their unwillingness to accommodate reasonable cancellation requests highlights a lack of customer consideration.

The billing process was another source of concern, with charges continuing despite clear communication about my dissatisfaction and intent to discontinue services. This approach comes across as exploiting contractual clauses rather than fostering fairness and client trust.

Upfluence’s handling of contracts and billing warrants careful consideration, as it could place you in an unfavorable financial or professional position.

Scam company that wouldn't ever let us cancel even after fulfilling our contract. Terrible customer service and even worse software.
