Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! Small print says they can cancel sending your order at anytime and keep your money! This is the only reply after waiting 2 months and multiple emails for my order:
Thank you for your message.
We have checked your order, and can see that we had sent it but the postal company made a damage to your package, and returned it.
We will resend it to you, and however, this is the reason your order has been delayed a bit.
We are very sorry that you had to wait longer than usual, and therefore, apart from resending the item, we will refund 50% to your account as shop credit.
We expect you to be notified this week with track & trace information and confirmation of the shipment.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience, and if you have any other questions we are always happy to help.
