I applied to universities in the Netherlands and Spain and my Upgrade Education mentor helped me with all my documents and questions. I really felt supported.

Working with Upgrade, I got to meet students from all around Europe and chat with them about my passions and university options, which helped me not only to make a smart decision, but also to prepare for my admission exams. Although my Cambridge application didn't work out, my mentors kept my head up after the rejection and helped me get into my dream university in the Netherlands.

It helped me a lot in finding my dream University and academic path! I whole heartedly recommend Upgrade Education for those that want to be someone different, someone special!

I enjoyed my time as a mentor at Upgrade Education. Overall, the experience was positive: I appreciated their approach to mentoring students and the opportunity to share my knowledge and support learners.

However, I was disappointed by how a particular issue was handled. At one point, I received an unexpected email from a manager saying that a parent had contacted them with a concern that I had recommended a knitting-related extracurricular project to a student. I found this confusing, as I had no memory of this happening and it is not something I would normally recommend.

I replied asking for more information so I could understand the situation and respond properly. I followed up twice, but I never received an answer. After that, I was ignored and not assigned any more students. This left me very disappointed with how Upgrade Education handled the matter. In my view, mentors should be given a fair opportunity to understand and address concerns before conclusions are drawn. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel that the organisation did not support or communicate transparently with its mentors.

I absolutely adored how nice the upgrade community is!! From the mentors to all the events they organize!! I had a great time and I also received the exact help I needed to get accepted to uni!!

It was really useful, my mentor helped me throughout the entire process of admission and preparation for the exams and I would recommend Upgrade education to anyone who want's to study abroad.

I learned a lot about myself and I am now more confident in my abilities.

Upgrade was more than just an educational platform for me. I had the opportunity to meet mentors who I now consider friends, people with whom I created a strong bond, one of the true reasons why I was able to get into the universities I wanted. The communication and involvement of the coaches laid the foundation for a sincere connection, through which we were able to create not only memorable essays, but also a special experience until the end.

They helped me a lot with the application process and always answered my questions. I have gotten into IE university unconditional with the help of Upgrade!

My experience with Upgrade Education has been a long-term and truly rewarding one. When I first started, I had a few universities in mind but wasn’t sure which one would suit me best. I also needed help with my SAT preparation, and they supported me with both aspects throughout the process.

All of my mentors were incredibly kind, supportive, and understanding, and they definitely made the entire application process feel much less overwhelming. Once I narrowed down my options and chose IE University as my final choice, I began the CoachMe course with an amazing mentor who stayed by my side throughout every step of the journey.

I also completed a Business Course to prepare myself for my future studies, and I can honestly say that it gave me a much clearer understanding of what to expect from my classes. My SAT mentor also played a huge role in helping me build confidence and teaching me all the strategies and tips I needed for the exam.

The only issue I experienced was that the platform, Agora, occasionally did not work properly, which sometimes meant rescheduling sessions or finding alternative ways to hold them. Nonetheless, this incredible team helped me achieve my childhood dream of studying abroad. In January, I was accepted into my dream university, and for that I am extremely grateful.

Upgrade helped me have a clearer path towards university

I like upgrade because they helped me with all the info I needed, plus the mentor was super nice and showed me some portofolios that inspired me making mine.

My mentor was one of the most helpful parts of the Upgrade Education experience. They gave me consistent guidance throughout the application process, from improving my personal statement to helping me better understand what top universities look for. Their support and encouragement made the process much less overwhelming and helped me feel more confident in my application.

I am happy with my experience with Upgrade Education. I learnt a lot about the application process, about how to write my personal statement, and received advice on where I should apply and which universities suit me best. Also, the mentors were all very nice and helpful.
The only area where there wasn't a lot of information available was for students attending state schools and how that would translate to the requirements for certain universities.
All in all, I am very happy with the help I received from Upgrade and with my results after my experience with them.

Without the guidance of my mentors, I would not have been able to achieve what I did or grow as significantly during my final year of high school. It was a truly unique experience that taught me the value of consistency, motivation, and curiosity.

This achievement would not have been possible without their commitment and belief in my potential.
