Good advice on how to mitigate imposter syndrome in the workplace. Especially liked the point of keeping track of your 'wins' so you can look back on them when confidence is low.

Working with UW has been great

Working with UW has been great! Everything from media concepts, communication and the content produced has been professional and a super high standard. The team have made my marketing and content creation effortless and they always follow my brief and wishes. Nissa, who manages my account, has been brilliant and she is like my virtual marketing manager - making sure all the work happens seamlessly and on time.
I highly recommend them.

A team of Superwomen

This is an amazing team, their onboarding process is very thorough and it not only enables them to understand us better but it even gives us a better picture of who we are. Throughout the process, the team has been very supportive and partnered very well. They are very fun to work with and they really helped me get out of my comfort zone and it resulted in us achieving new heights.

Upgrading women is a great initiative.

Upgrading women is a great initiative. Rebecca's story was relatable and I liked how she talked about such a big topic (imposter syndrome) in a very human and approachable way. There's room for improvement in the content and structure of the presentations - sometimes it wasn't clear how the strategies would work in practice or what was the evidence behind their success. It would've been really great to hear some real life examples of when they worked or evidence about why they did, just to give them more substance. It's a big mission though, so keep up the good work!

Clear simple instructions on how to give a presentation

This afternoon I attended Rebecca's 'Presentation skills for introverts' Creative Mornings presentation, in which she explained a very clear and effective method to create presentations to achieve our objectives. I was impressed by her simple and logical instructions to help us focus on what we want our audiences to understand and do as a result of our speaking with them. I gained a lot from this very short version of what Rebecca has to offer.
