Disputed damage charges were claimed, a document implying acceptance was requested to recover the deposit, written objections received no response, and the matter was escalated to a debt collection company without prior resolution.

The room was tiny, and for €550 a month we expected much better. Especially since the kitchen was shared with eight people and was constantly in a disgusting state.
There were insects in the room due to poor window insulation, which let in the cold and kept the room freezing at all times.
Gnats were found in the shower even though my son had only been away for a week — I can only imagine the state of the plumbing.
The room was visited without any notice, meaning there was no privacy at all.
It feels like nothing more than an overpriced boarding house for what it offers. My son couldn’t go to bed early because there were parties every night despite repeated complaints.
In short: stay away!
