Excellent new installation very pleasant Engineer Nathan also very knowledgeable of the product and systems and as advertised 500Mbs at a fantastic price £30 per month much better than VirginMedia paid for 200Mbs and could only get 110Mbs at best

An initially poor experience turned around…
After some initial hiccups and rough sailing that caused us to be extremely frustrated and disappointed I am pleased to report that Upp have turned our experience around.
We’re extremely grateful that they have gone to the effort to ensure that our issue is resolved and that we’re happy. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that seems to care about their customers satisfaction.
Nathan, the engineer that came out to perform the installation was great. Extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
