Granit, Pap and all their team were brilliant right from the outset of our extension and ground floor renovation. Amazing the issues a 1930’s semi renovation can throw up however the guys had it all in hand and made sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend and will be getting them back to do our attic conversion… when the finances allow!!
The team built a new kitchen and downstairs shower and toilet. It has transformed my little house and i am extremely happy with it. The team were extremely hard working. Always helpful and courteous.
The aftercare has also been excellent
I brought in Upperspace to manage and install a roof conversion within a conservation area on an Edwardian terraced house.
Of the three tenders, theirs was chosen for many reasons including their thorough survey and planning. They managed the planning permission (which took three applications), the building regulations and building manager with professionalism and without fuss.
Most notable is that everyone working with Upperspace is courteous, considerate, hyper-organised and a clear communicator. The dirt and disruption associated with such a build was contained at all times.
They have created a practical and comfortable addition to my home, and I've brought them back several times to do additional building, plastering and carpentry projects. I've also gladly recommended them to friends and neighbours to good effect.
If you want to a professional, efficient build or carpentry work delivered, I can't recommend Upperspace highly enough.
