I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my experience with Uprofx and my Account Manager Anthony Morgan. I started in February this year with a small amount of money that with the help of Anthony started the journey to build my account to today's total of 121,043 Euro that is since February 2019. I have had several withdrawals from the account that arrived in a timely manner. So if you are thinking of making some real money Anthony Morgan is the man to talk to so think about what you want and if you do put your hard earned cash to work remember that this is an investment so leave it in the account so that your account has time to grow and don't Panic as this could well be the opportunity you have been seeking.

This review has been updated from the original one star to 2. All the reasons for my negative review still remains the same and I stand by it.

1) I created a new account and after depositing 250 euros in my account I was locked out from accessing my funds
2) I received an unbelievably large number of calls within 24 hours of opening the account. While I was in the office and on calls all day I had my personal phone ringing non stop. It seemed like there was something super urgent and if I didn't respond the world would fall apart
3) I was locked out from accessing my funds and had emails asking to provide personal details with id copy for identification before I could proceed to access my funds

All of this instantly raised concerns and having the debit in ruble didn't help. I was furious about my account being locked until I submitted my details and documents. I wanted to close my account and end this as soon as possible. In a feedback to my original review I was even asked if I am trying to hide something :). If you must know, yes. I was hiding my identity to avoid it from being stolen. You would understand my concerns if you were in my shoes and experienced what I did in that 24 hours.

After some email exchanges I asked for my funds to be returned and account to be closed. A few days later I spoke to uprofx to explain the reasons for my concerns. I would say it may be an industry standard to take the money first before getting identification but do you really need to lock the account? Is it not possible to allow the customer the function to withdraw their funds and close account if they chose to and only lock the trading function informing the customer to first complete identification before unlocking trading functionality? You just cant call this industry standard as it implies that people having issues with this practice are inexperienced in industry practices and its their fault for not knowing these practices. Your customers are the general public and there is money involved. This is just not acceptable to not inform the customer before they deposit. You need to ensure the customer fully understands the process and not let them stumble upon this. I'm surprised how someone decided this would be a good user experience. For uprofx to downplay my concerns about identity theft as simply "account verification" was just unbelievable. I only hope you read this review and atleast take something away to work on. Else I can assure you your negative reviews will continue as I see many seem to have the same concerns

The only positive was only my call with George. The other calls with other operatives before and after (yes I received a call a day after my first call with George and I kept telling the person I have already been informed by George that the funds will be back in a few days so why am I being called again and what trade was the person referring to?) Anyways.. I checked my account and my funds are back. I hope this is it

I started with Uprofx about a four month ago with a minimum amount. My current account manager is Ronald Morris. Throughout my journey of the time I was guided and updated with the information on how the platform/trading works and what and when I can expect things to happen. I put a little-bit of savings and deposited into my trading account. I am happy with the result now.
We now share a good relationship and Ronald is helping me in every way to make sure my account grows.

Running a scam linked to Facebook ads for fake bitcoin trading via sites such as thebtcprofit.com. Very pushy and finally abusive on the phone if you don’t immediately give them your credit card details.

hei.....Uprofx is up again. My man Joel contacted me with a great worry abouth me getting scared. I think i was to fast with my thinking. On my account thing seems to be ok again. Now i feel bad for excusing Uprofx for scam. and for claiming Joel Larsen who seems to be a good person. He said he understand my peroblem with not get into my account. i am always suspicius if i don`t get enaugh information. I am well imformed but being closed out tipped me a bit off. I was closed out for many days. Sorry joel! I come back here if something goes wrong.

I started with Uprofx nearly two months ago. I started small and then was contacted by Daniel Adelmann. Daniel has been great from day 1. He explained how things worked on the platform and has been really supportive. I had let the system do the trading for me for a few days which made a profit but there was not enough equity in the account to make good returns. As a result I transferred the funds that I had in my personal Bitcoin wallet to Uprofx and Daniel has managed to increase my contribution by more that 3 times my investment. I am extremely happy with the result that has been made on the account within the short few weeks. I look forward to a continued relationship with Daniel and further growth in the account. I have not made any significant withdrawals yet but plan to do so in the near future following further growth of the account.
