Ordered the washing machine cleaner & paid for express shipping on May 3rd. It is now May 30th and no product. Was to ship within 3-5 days. Received a tracking number right away but when I click on the number, all it says is the label has been created, not shipped. There is no way to call and speak to anyone, only the customer service email address which nobody responds to. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company because this seems to be a trend. All you get back when you review here is an automated response that is copied and pasted. Everybody's response from the company is the exact same . This company is definitely a scam.
EDIT: And now they've added their resonse, which is exactly the same scripted automatic response they give to everyone. It is now June 3rd and I still have no product . Buyer beware.

I made a purchase of a bundle along with some washing tablets on April 29th. Per their website, orders get confirmed within 1-3 business days, and shipping would be 5-9 business days. I emailed customer service about May 14th, and was told that the tablets were on back order, with the expectations that they have it fulfilled by May 20th at the latest. But now there's been zero response since then. I emailed twice within the last week, once on the 26th and also on the 29th. No response

The products are great if you ever receive them!!! I have 2 outstanding orders from early April 2026 totaling $96 that still haven't shipped. Contacting customer service is a crap shoot! I have sent numerous emails to the owner, support and help depts. and through their website. After 2 weeks I got a rather lame excuse that they had an abundance of emails due to their recent promotions... I was eventually told that the dryer sheets would be expected to ship by May 30 and as a compensation they'd give me 10% refund - okay they did but only on the $20 order!! Zip, Zilch on the $76 order... The washing machine cleaner that I received quickly shipped via Amazon works great, as do the carpet scrapers I purchased a few years ago. I can honestly say that no matter how well their products work, I will NEVER AGAIN purchase directly from their website!!! I have been waiting 7 weeks for 6 boxes of dryer sheets!!!
BUYER BEWARE. STOP AND READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordering from this company was a mistake. I ordered the turbo washer tub cleaner 4 pack promotion on 4/19/26 and immediately received a confirmation email. They also immediately charged my credit card. It has been 40 days and they have not shipped my order or responded to my requests for an order update or my request for a full refund for non fulfillment of my order. On 4/20/26, they emailed to say there was a delay of 2-3 weeks for shipping the product. At the latest, the product should have shipped by 5/11/26. I waited past the indicated delay period to see if they would send a shipping update email. They did not. I contacted them through the customer service email (the only way to contact them) on 5/16/26, 5/20/26, 5/24/26 and 5/28/26. I have not received a response or acknowledgment of my request for an update status, or the request to refund in full the money spent for my order. I should note that they have no problem continuing to send marketing emails for the same product they are supposedly out of stock of. They have taken $105.99 of my money, not shipped the product, and do not respond when emailed. Customer service is non existent with this company. My only recourse at this point appears to be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and report their fraudulent business practices of offering a service/product and not delivering said product after paying for it.

Really frustrating to deal with this company. Ordered two items May 7. Expected delivery in 5-7 business days. No updates and no product on May 17. Emailed to inquire when I should receive my order. Quick response and apology - you will get your order my May 20 "at the latest." May 20 comes and goes. No order and no update. Wait until May 24 and email again. No reply. Try once more on May 26. Ghosted. Website still says my May 7 order is being prepared for shipping, How do you not respond to multiple inquiries about an order that has been paid for? Disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

Can I give zero stars? I ordered the product in April and still have not received the item. I reached out via text to the number that prompted me to buy more products right after purchase. Unfortunately, they were of absolutely zero help. Gave me a tracking number which provided information that the product order was created with no delivery date. Now that tracking number doesn’t even exist. They proceeded to instruct me that I should email and still have received zero response back regarding my order#UC178020612. I want my money back! I will be contacting my credit card company for fraud!

I ordered the Uproot Clean Laundry Cycle Pro on May 17th and paid for express shipping. My intention was to clean the washing machine ogmf the home I was moving out of with it, and then clean the washing machine of the home I was moving into with it before doing our laundry. We have been in for a week now, and when checking the status of the order - it is still at processing. I have not received any notifications that shipping will be delayed. I get popular items being back ordered, what disappointed me and made me question the legitimacy of the business is that I have emailed them twice regarding my order and have had no reponse. Not sure about the product yet, but very poor customer service.

I placed an order on May 14. Uproots state that shipping of our order is within 2 or 3 days. It's been two weeks and still have not received my order. So I emailed Uproot and cancelled my order and requested a refund. The Uproot company has not responded to my email to cancel my order. The UPROOT company are liars and just want to steal your money without get what you ordered.

Since then, I haven't received any updates or responses despite daily attempts to contact customer service, which has been the worst I've experienced in over 30 years. They never reply back. UPDATE June 11: They told me that my order was going to ship by last Friday, it has not. No one has offered any explanation for nearly another week past then. I'll never understand how a company can sell you something they don't actually have available to ship to you, then expect you to understand. It's time to report them to the BBB and our credit card company for fraud, demand a full refund.
I placed an order two weeks ago today, on May 14, and other than the automatic confirmation email, I have received no updates. My order is still stuck in their processing stage, which I find to be ridiculous. I contacted them a few days ago to inquire and have received no response. I see from other reviews here that this seems to be standard practice for the company. Very disappointed, feels like a scam operation.

Update: Several days after leaving this review, the company responded to my inquiry and offered to send a replacement product for the one that had been lost. However, I received notice a few says later that that order too, would be delayed. I requested to cancel at that point and the company complied and initiated a refund.
I was notified that my shipping had been delayed— two days later I got an email saying the package had arrived. But it had not arrived, not at my doorstep anyway. When I tracked, it appeared to be in Colorado somewhere— I live in Michigan.
Several attempts to reach out have gone unanswered, and I will be disputing the charge to receive a refund.
Their customer service is non existent. Extremely disappointing.

UPDATE 6/3: I received an email yesterday that my order has been fulfilled and shipped and I should expect it soon. The issue was that one item (the wash tabs) was out of stock and they needed to replenish the inventory. I am very happy that the company has responded so increased my review from 1 star to 4.
UPDATE 5/28: I received an extremely apologetic email from Uproot Clean indicating that the Washer Cleaner Ultra tabs were out of stock due to excessively high demand and that the inventory is expected to arrive to their warehouse June 1, after which my package should be shipped. We shall see, but I was quite relieved to hear from them!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Like many others here, I ordered and paid for my products on May 2 and have received no products, nor have I received any updates since my shipping label was created that same day. There is no tracking information as it never moved from the point of receiving the label. I've reached out to the company several times via email to no avail. I will most definitely be disputing the charges. It's surprising as they seem to have a strong presence on Amazon with good reviews - maybe they overextended their inventory - which I could potentially understand - but the total lack of customer service and response is absolutely appalling. Their shipping company ShipX also has mixed reviews so that's not great news either. So disappointed because I have two German Shedders!

Not sure what's happening here but my order never shipped and customer service never responded... I ordered cleaning pods at the beginning of the month, after a week of nothing I reached out to customer service, multiple times. Ended up disputing the charge with the bank.
I get being behind on orders and if they would have said so, it wouldn't have been a issue. But being ghosted is a different story.
Absolutely horrible scam company. Absolutely no customer service and of course - like everyone else who has ordered the washing machine cleaning tabs - they never shipped.
The only emails I've received were two emails that promised a ship date of May 20th and of course that day came and went with no actual product being shipped.
They delete any and all comments on their Facebook page.
To make matters worse - they inundate your email and messaging app with CONSTANT sale pitches.
My order#1830310 was placed on 5/10/26. I contacted the company on 5/17/26 & was told my order would be shipped no later than 5/20. Today is 5/26 still no product, no response, and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Waste of time, company doesn’t post a phone number, customer service claims 4 hours to respond. Definitely feel betrayed!!!
