The worst courier company, the package either never arrives or arrives through other stores far away. Try any other company but not UPS I tell you that I have very bad experiences with UPS
NO delivery to the address
Waiting for delivery, staying extra at home. was not delivered to my address. came direktly to a"myflexbox". UPS mentioned that it could not be delivered!! WHY ? we were waiting at home at this adresse
Never delivered. They harass a third person to get additionnal money
Never came. Pretended that they had a wrong address, which was not the case. Further calls and mails to confirm and repeat the address - they said to wait. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called again (nobody never came to deliver at my place) ''We were about to send it back, but now you called we will deliver it to you, wait a few days'' Next day I called again and I learned they sent it back. They threw the parcels back in the corridor of the departure address when nobody was home and without informing me or her. I had to hire another compagny to get the parcels. Now they harass the friend from whose place the parcel was sent and ask her to pay some additionnal 170 euros. I am surprised such a level of abuse is permitted in Europe.

Got a small package send from Germany to Austria, I got absolutely no e-mail informing me that I have a shipment in transit. Customer service totally unhelpful, lying that they have opened a case to why the e-mails are not coming - they didn't. The package arrives at the Packstation and you cannot pick it up because you do not have the QR code. No, let us call ups customer support to send us a sms and e-mail where SMS never came but e-mail did. Absolute joke. Stay away.
Untrustworthy, low quality service, late delivery
I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive last Wednesday at the latest. UPS tried to deliver when I was not at home. No calls about alternative times for delivery, no option in the app to change the mode of delivery. They try to deliver once more when I am home, the delivery person does not knock or ring the bell, neither calls me, just leaves the notice, that since I did not take the package it goes back to the sender. I call them on Tuesday, they say they will deliver it to a delivery point at a local shop tomorrow (a week after the original delivery date). On Wednesday, the delivery to the shop fails. I call them to get it delivered to my home, which is 2 minutes away from the shop, and they promise a callback in an hour. They call back two hours later, saying they could not deliver because the delivery box was full. I was promised a delivery to a shop, not a delivery box. Supposedly they will deliver it tomorrow to a local shop, we'll see... Avoid this service if possible, their performance is laughable.

My recent experience with UPS Austria, in Vienna (PromenadeGasse 17, 17th district), was absolutely unacceptable and feels like outright deception.
The courier allegedly arrived at our address, but never once stepped out of the vehicle. My wife was outside with our children at the time—she was expecting the courier because the delivery was scheduled. She saw the van, but the courier didn’t come to the entrance or ring the bell—actions we paid for and had every right to expect. Instead, within just 3–5 minutes, there’s a message that we were “not reached.” And off drives the vehicle.
When she called UPS support, instead of trying to understand or rectify the situation, the staff defended the courier—claiming he had many stops to do, etc.—offering as “solutions” that we either pick up the parcel ourselves (ironically pointless when you pay for home delivery, especially with two kids), or wait until the next day for another delivery attempt. Both options are unacceptable.
For a company with multi-billion euro turnover, it’s shocking they cannot even manage the basics: ring the bell, walk to the entrance, follow through on a paid service. What we encountered feels less like a delivery service and more like a corporate excuse factory.
🚨 We strongly warn everyone: avoid UPS for any urgent or home delivery situation. Their customer service is not just lazy—it borders on abusive when you consider how they shift responsibility and treat customers as if it’s our fault they didn’t do their job.

If I could leave zero star, I would have done it. PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The driver does not ring the door bell. I am every day in home office and there is no chance for me to miss the door bell. CUSTOMER SUPPORT APPEARS TO HAVE ZERO INFLUENCE TOO. DISGUSTING SERVICE. THE 4TH DAY, MY PARCEL IS NOT HERE YET.

Worst delivery company
Honestly, I think the people working there are dumb. They are telling me my package can't be delivered because my address is not correct, I sent them 2 emails already confirming that the address is the correct one, and they continue saying it's not correct.
The package contains my papers for my car, which is a very unique and important documents to have as soon as possible, they are not reliable AT ALL. If you can choose, don't choose UPShit!
ATROCIOUS - AVOID!
Do not deliver at the date visible in the portal, do not reschedule delivery dates, customer support does not know its own portal system, and oh so many more things.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service – Never Again
UPS has delivered the most frustrating, incompetent service I’ve ever experienced. Their so-called “delivery” process is a complete joke. I clearly marked above my doorbell that it does not work and even provided a phone number for the driver to call. Did they call? Of course not. Not once.
After three failed delivery attempts, rather than make any reasonable effort, they just decided to return my package to the sender. No warning, no proper communication – just gone. Their app? Useless. It doesn’t even allow me to select a UPS Access Point as an alternative delivery option. It’s outdated, unhelpful, and just like the rest of their service: a total failure.
The delivery personnel clearly don’t read instructions or use common sense. It’s like dealing with robots that don’t care. I will never use UPS again, and I recommend others avoid them unless they enjoy stress, confusion, and disappointment.

Almost daily phone calls and email correspondence and the package is still not delivered. It feels like a scam or fraud.
Delivery in Austria is beyond terrible
Delivery in Austria is beyond terrible. It should have been delivered today until 11:45, it is 15:02 now and the package is not even out for delivery. The package was ordered more than 2 weeks ago, I understand with the holidays it was probably bit harder to deliver on time, but they didn't even manage now.
I tried maybe 20 times to change my delivery address and their page keeps throwing errors every time... very bad service, bad webpage - just bad, use something else if you have the chance

i was at home sick,waiting for my package but then their delivery guy was too lazy to ring the bell, or maybe even to come at my address and delivered it right to the pickup point which is 20 min walk from my place.
i called them and told them that i am sick ant cant go 20 min walk to pick it up because they were too lazy to do their job and then they ensured me that they would have arrange a redelivery within the day.
Oh what a joke as of course they did not...they called me next day and simply told me that i should pick it up on my own as there is no other option. they gave me a "dont bother us with your complain" apology and now i have to go and pick it up on my own eventhough still being sick...horrible horrible!
