Excellent service from beginning to end. Delivery time as agreed, no Damage and a very friendly and well mannered delivery driver.
Really good price for the service

Generally trustworthy and deliveries arrive on time, but there are a few basic downsides: no delivery time slot so you’re stuck waiting in all day, no photo proof of delivery in the app, and they choose the “safe place” themselves which can lead to false claims because you can’t find the parcel. And don’t ofer “luxuries” like live driver tracking — still stuck in the 20th century.

Avoid at all cost. I've sent a parcel from the UK to EU. The parcel should have been delivered (so it says on the tracking) on thursday last week. It's now the following monday and apparently the parcel is delayed and I did not receive any info why by UPS. Last Tuesday I enquired on how to pay the duty charges (which UPS does not flag up, and I thought because mine was a gift for a b-day and not a commercial shipping) and I have been bounced from a department to another (I had to call the EU customer service which - besides cost me extra 10£ on phone charges - did not provide any further info). I had to contact multiple departments, raised formal claim and complaint, and in the past three days no one from UPS has contacted me. No one help me to solve the problem, and each agent asked me to contact someone else (some other phone numbers, emails, or customer service agents) to be just passed onto the next and being simply ignored. I chose UPS because I thought that an international shipping company could help more easily to solve issues when sending international parcels. But definitely UPS is the worst shipping company I have ever seen. I'm still waiting for any update - I was told that my parcel might be lost or not, that they forgot to scan or not, that it can be in some other warehouse or not. Please, avoid UPS. Use any other shipping company, but UPS should not be chosen.

There was good communication from UPS regarding the delivery of my package.
My parcel arrived a little earlier than I expected and was delivered by a polite and friendly driver.

Took ages to arrive, when it did the driver just threw it on the doorstep. Literally threw it, ignoring the sign to ‘please place in parcel box’.
No doorbell ring, nothing. Just the most ignorant driver I’ve ever seen.
Thrown from about 8 feet away.
How is it acceptable to leave a parcel out in full view of the road? UPS get the gold star for the worst delivery company nowadays - the other one most moaned about is nothing compared to UPS.

Sent a long thin parcel enclosed in a heavy duty cardboard tube (liner for heavy roll of carpet) yet still they managed to drop it so hard they smashed the end and turned the part into scrap…Not impressed.

Not good at all. They're terrible anywhere and I was annoyed when ebay forced only these as a option for post to usa to beable pay out of funds when I can take royalmail to just 5mins from my home or have collected. I only followed through as there use be 1 in a shop& apparently 2 others near me but turns out not now. Nearest was a morrisons petrol station, declared as shared inpost lockers.I was worried I wouldn't make to the morrisons as have health issues & don't drive. Went all the way down there and of course locker doesn't recognise number as being put in system. I then went to all the different types lockers and Ipstones eventually I phoned inpost as these aren't even available weekend. Inpost chat agent spoke to her supervisor who told her they do share with ups but not in UK. @#£×!!!! I was exhausted the only other option was 1 down a massive hill which I'd been avoiding as with my mobility woukdnt get up & at this point no guarantee it even existed. I shuffled on and thankfully they did but had pay to then get tax bk up home. Ridiculous waste of time because theye giving false information for drop points out. They're way more expensive & less trust worthy than RM

Order never arrived. I waited over a month. Customer service is UTTERLY USELESS. The UPS is completely useless about getting my package to me! No updates, LIES in their messages! Tracking number: 1Z16261K6720016811.

Disgusting service, I usually use the drop off service for international parcels, this service is only available until 3 PM. But on the search engine, it shows acces points open until 10 PM. Many of them are not available. UPS assistant is useless garbage, which cannot even give the customer's service number. Unreadable site, it is difficult to find labels to download after logging out. Customer service is open until 5 PM, then they don't give a toss about you.

Had to return a parcel, the parcel arrived so damaged that it had to be thrown away. UPS tried to say it was my fault for not packaging properly, but the parcel was returned in its original packaging and arrived at my home without a scratch. You can tell it had been dropped, and with some force as the item was not only cracked but the corner had been smashed. I paid insurance but they still refused to refund, until I told them I would take them to court. I have still been waiting a month for a refund. Shockingly bad.

I sent a parcel to Bulgaria using an express service (1 to 3 days). The parcel has been stuck in customs for 5 days. I tried to get help from a human agent who is behaving like AI. UPS refuses to look into what the problem might be and tells me to wait. I think UPS might be a parcel disposal service rather than a delivery service.

This was one of the most frustrating and unacceptable delivery experiences I’ve had.
I stayed home the entire day waiting for an important work-related parcel. This delivery was critical, as I had already arranged work with a client over the weekend. Despite being at home all day, UPS falsely marked the delivery as “missed,” claiming I wasn’t available — which is completely untrue.
This is not just poor service, it is outright misleading. Because of this failure, my work plans were disrupted, my time was wasted, and my professional commitments were affected. I arranged my entire day around this delivery, only to be let down by inaccurate tracking and a driver who clearly did not attempt delivery properly.
It is unacceptable for a company like UPS to provide such unreliable service and then shift the blame onto the customer with false delivery claims. This kind of behaviour destroys trust and causes real inconvenience and financial impact.
I expect far better accountability and accuracy from a global courier service. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to rely on UPS for anything important.
