Bad service. 2 labels was created for 1 package and customs duties wS requested twice. I paid foe custom duties but NEVER rceeived my pacakge nor refund. UPS customer service nevr help to resolve any problem . Do not use them. DHL is better

I was sitting by my kitchen window looking at my enterence, at 11:09 i get a message they try to deliver but I “was not at home”, and I can pick up the parcel later at delivery point. What BS, they never even stop by my door, then after complain CS PROMISE me delivery later today….their drivers lie about all private deliveries. Doubt they will deliver today
They never delivered as promised 2x in the phone, no surprize, I will NEVER use UPS again, never been lied to like this by people who go to the bathroom on their own

A tip to avoid missing delivery. On the planned delivery day, send an email to mail to trustpilotnordics@ups
and tell them to inform the driver to call you before arriving. They are fast in replying emails and sort it out.
Otherwise, they don’t call at all and you’ll probably miss the delivery.

Absolut shambles of a company keep failing delivery estimates to be honest had the seller walked with my package from Belgium would have probably been faster.
As an English speaker i choose option 2 for English when contacting costumer service and every single time im greeted by a india Bangladeshi or similar with such a thick accent and almost no understanding of the English language that im forced to glance several times at my phone screen to make sure im dialing the correct number for ups and not my local curry takeaway to order home delivery.
I never in my life thought i could say this but you actually manage to be worse than postnord.

They usually claim to have made a delivery attempt but have not contacted me once or rung the doorbell. They then send goods back without a way of contacting them or trying to attempt to help out. When I tried to ship important samples from the US they failed to deliver on time and did not store things properly leading to samples being destroyed. I had to go to one of the pick up places to even get hold of the shipment. Avoid ups at all times if possible is my advice. They are not service minded and apparently unprofessional when it comes to delivering things in Sweden.

Systematically pretending to deliver, recording exception and instead delivering to a collection point.
4 emails in 1 minute, stating that delivery failed, and that it has been dropped off a 15 min walk from here.
I was home all morning, no call, no text. Driver just heads to delivery point straight away!
App SUCKS! old fashioned, authentication is not behaving on latest iOS and delivery preference options non existent.

I ordered a replacement headphone case from Sennheiser at the cost of over 1000SEK (they will be getting their own 1 star rating) which was to be delivered by UPS. I got no form of notification that it was on its way from UPS and only found out it had arrived by hunting down the information myself. That was annoying.
However, it got much worse. UPS tracking currently tells me that the package has been delivered to "Stockholm, SE" (not a real address) and recieved by someone called "Anton". That is not my name, nor the name of anyone I know.
I have tried to contact UPS in all the ways they offer and got nowhere as they think they have done a good job, when in fact they have done about the worst job they could do. If it was just in the wrong place that is resolvable, but they think they've delivered when they haven't.
The only functional thing their terrible bot could suggest is to contact the sender (which is also not working) and so I have no recourse for getting my purchase.
This is not the first time UPS has made my life difficult and I never want to recieve anything via them again. The worst deliver company I have ever encountered and that is saying something in a world that contains Bring.

The usual "you were not at home" while not even attempting delivery at all. Then they send your item to a random delivery point and when you get the message that it's ready and get there, no package. Might be the worst service I've ever had to use. Avoid them at all cost.
Their one job is to deliver packages and they can't achieve that.

Bad service when called in. They couldn't deliver because they didn't have the code. It was snot even possible to give information. Website needs update. Customer service needs to learn service. The one who I reached started being rude from start.

As always when awaiting a parcel delivered by UPS, I get the message "couldn't deliver", even though I was at home the whole time and the door to the buildning was wide open. Every other delivery company manages to deliver without any problem here, but NEVER UPS.
If UPS don't want to do home deliveries, why do hey offer it? Just be honest with the fact that the customer will need to get a pickup point! Or else, shut the useless f-ing company down once and for all.

Time slot for delivery between 12:30-16:30. 15:02 - "couldn't deliver". No tries to contact me or to prepare me to recieve the package. And worse, they say that the recipient wasn't available but they'll try again tomorrow. I was available, I didn't know the exact time you were delivering because you didn't care to tell me and I for one don't have time to stand in the street for 4 hours waiting. How do you expect tomorrow to be any different?
In the app you can give instructions to the driver how to deliver, but that also seem to remove the signature requirement for delivering a package. Why does deliver instructions imply that I don't want to sign the delivery?
Then I call customer service and their AI/voice machine explains that my tracking number is invalid, stating that all numbers starts with the letter Z but when I spoke with an actual person she confirmed my tracking number was correct and it did not start with a Z.
Edit: Come to think of it, the voice machine might have said "Spårnummer börjar på Ett Z" which could mean "1Z" in Swedish or "a Z". Either way, it's ludicrous to think that a answering machine could accurately understand 18 charachters long number. UPS core service is logistics and delivery and they fail at that, assuming thag their tech to be good is foolish.

I was waiting at home for my delivery in Malmö, and suddenly got a notification that the "delivery was attempted".
The driver did not ring the door bell or called me, they will just lie about trying to deliver your package. Seen on the internet that it is a common experience when trying to get something delivered by UPS in Sweden.
Also the customer service will tell you that they're doing something, but by the end of the call 1) you see absolutely no difference 2) they promise to call you back in a couple hours but actually never do.
If you can avoid UPS, I suggest you do so. Their service and customer service is way too unreliable.
