Had a good experience. Upside was very understanding of my needs and produced a great product. The only problem was Fed Ex did not deliver the product as promised. Fed Ex missed the delivery by 5 days. very disappointed with Fed Ex.

Products we ordered were well manufactured and very nice. Everyone we worked with in the organization was very friendly and professional. Only issue we had was some damage due to poor shipping and items were very dirty upon arrival.

Had quick and professional service with a quick delivery.

Good quality and easy to assemble. Sturdy and well made but not designed well for packing and transport. Final product is shipped in a flimsy haphazard way without adequate protection from each part rubbing against each other during transport to prevent major scratches in many of the parts. Product needs to be redesigned for flat packing to prevent damage and to save shipping costs which was very high but because of it's bulk.

Great product. Stairs were perfect for our application.
