Hell No!

There were no confirmation numbers sent to my email. There were no notifications of shipping. The catalytic converter was thrown into a box with the various parts that it needs including the gasket and then just stapled shut. No time was spent even thinking about putting packaging in the box with the various parts so that they might not be damaged in shipping. And some of them were. Especially the gasket

The part did not fit as it should

The part did not fit as it should. Was one of those things you didn't realize till it was put on. So modifications were needed.
But buying the part was easy and hassle free.

Great customer service!

I ordered what was advertised as a Stainless Steel resonator for my 2010 Pontiac G6. The description stated Stainless Steel and “equivalent to walker 21665”. Well I received the resonator and it is not Stainless Steel. This was more that “equivalent to walker 21665” it was a Walker 21665 which is aluminized, not stainless steel. Notified the company and they acknowledged the error and offered an agreed upon refund. Good product and great customer service.

No customer service won’t get back to…

Update:Return policy is horrible they make this process as hard as possible so you give up and forget to Get your money back, steer far from this company this has been ongoing 3 weeks now where they just close your case before sending a return label and still no refunds a week after they received the parts back( No customer service won’t get back to me sent me wrong parts !!!!)

Good Customer Service

Parts fit - missing hardware, however this is the deal, parts came timely, parts fit accordingly, however, the advertisement stated parts "included" gaskets for the exhaust parts which were ordered, tho they "were not" in the packaged goods.
Since then, Customer service contacted me about missing parts and have agreed to send me a refund for my "out of pocket" expenses. That's super nice ...
