Upturate Consulting 

Easily the thing that I'm most excited about since consulting with Upturate is they showed us how to use AI scribes and data tracking in a way that made our day easier, not harder. We were interested in using AI tools in our pediatric practice but were concerned about sacrificing the personal touch that families come to us for. Troy, Taylor, and Rhodelle at Upturate helped us to find what was best for us — no pushing, no over-complicating things. I can't tell you how nervous I was because of HIPAA and just feeling nervous because it's unchartered territory but the results are so, so, worth it. We spend less time bogged down in admin tasks and can spend more time with patients. I just want to emphasize that it wasn't just about technology; it was about helping us work smarter without losing what makes our care unique.

I run a group therapy practice. What that means is that we're a mental health clinic, counseling practice where multiple therapists run therapy sessions — for example, weekly therapy groups for anxiety, grief, addiction recovery, or family support, as well as individual sessions of course. Sensitive stuff. So there are a lot of moving parts — clients, clinicians, scheduling, billing — and somehow Upturate understood it all right away. Instead of pushing a generic strategy, they listened, asked the right questions, and gave us tools that made sense for our practice. Honestly, it wasn’t a big flashy overhaul; it was a series of small, thoughtful changes that added up. We communicate better with clients now, our scheduling is sooo much smoother, and we’re growing steadily without feeling overwhelmed. It feels like they’re invested in our success, not just checking boxes. The next thing we're working on is using Ai in sessions for session notes etc. all while staying compliant. I'll update my review with more details once that's fully rolled out but even without that, I am so pleased with upturate--and the other therapists feel the same way.
