Horrible! I ordered boots that were advertised as Sorel-arrived and they are literally plastic-cheap quality and far from leather, both the sweatshirt and long sleeve tshirt are absolutely crappy quality. DO NOT ORDER From THIS COMPANY! I can’t get in touch with anyone for a return! 95.00 down the drain

I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't process my credit card therefore I never paid for them. I have tried many times to find out how to return them. There was no shipping slip in the package or any information to return them. I haven't paid for them, they are sitting on my dryer in the laundry room in the original packaging. You have sent me e-mail regarding payment, I just want to return them. If I don't receive any information I will consider them mine and dispense with them as I see fit.

I will NEVER order from ths company again. I purchased twp pairs of shoes & only one pair fit. The other turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. Certainly not as advertised. There is no way to contact them or return address to send them back for a refund! The pair that doesn't fit will be donated to a homeless shelter, since I will get no satisfaction from this company!

I don't know about the other reviews that people gave for upustyle but for me it was good. I ordered some Yeezy Foam Runners (Replicas of course) but they were in perfect condition even though they were a little small they looked very nice and just like the picture...

Horrible company and cheap merchandise!! Ordered a long dress for my daughter that she was going to use for Halloween, but the photo made it look like it was a nice dress. We even paid for express shipping since she wanted it in time for a party. It made it a day *after*, but it didn't matter, it didn't fit anyway. And the material is sooo thin, it's ridiculous!

Needless to say, I attempted to get a return started. They offered 20% and for me to keep the item. I let them know that was totally unacceptable, that they owed for the whole dress cost, and why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit?! The next email I got from them was offering 45%, plus they gave me the return address, which of course I'm expected to pay for sending, and told me to tell them a tracking number when I get it so they can track it and once they have it back, they'd reimburse presumably, the 45%. They know they have people over a barrel with the shipping back because it will cost too much to deal with! I don't know if they'll give 45% if I don't return it, or if they'll go back to 20%. UGH!

I wish I'd thought to check out the site before ordering! It just didn't occur to me. This company should get zero stars!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would... Never ever order from them. The clothing is cheap, but worse that that I got a damaged item. I emailed asking for a return label and refund. They offered me 30% and told me to have it repaired. When I responded no, and asked again for a return label, thet offered 55% refund and told me to have repaired. When I again refused and asked for a refund, they said in a nasty email that I needed to return it on my own,a and after ther inspection that would consider a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how nice the clothes look. THEY ARE CHEAP MATERIAL, and the customer service is horrible. Would I say the company is out to SCAM you? YES... BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered three dresses and they were made of poor quality material and the stitching was just atrocious.. I emailed them and asked for the return address. They evaded my question twice in email. I sent it to the return address on the package and got no refund. I emailed them again and they tell me it is not the return address for clothing. They are the WORST clothing store. Do not buy anything from this company. It took more than a month to get this and it was from China. Never buy anything from there because their products are of poor quality.

I ordered 3 pair of faux crocs in so 11 and none of them fit. Please help me with returning and reaching out to this company.

POOR!!!SCAMS: ORDERED A PAIR OF SUEDE ANKLE BOOTS. AND THEY SENT ME A PAIR OF CARDBOARD, FELT COVERED SHOES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY USE IN STAGE PLAYS. FAKE!!! PISSED! BECAUSE I PAID $67.97 FOR CRAP! SAME DAY i SENT AN EMAIL ASKING FOR A RETURN ADDRESS. SOMEONE RESPONDED ASKING WHAT WAS DIFFERENT ABOUT THEM? I EXPLAINED AND SENT A SIDE BY SIDE PICTURE. SHE NEVER EMAILED ME BACK WITH A RETURN ADDRESS UNTIL A WEEK LATER. ASKING ME TO KEEP THEM AND WE WILL GIVE YOU 30% BACK. I SAID TO LATE I SENT THEM BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE IT CAME IN. SHE SAID THAT IS NOT THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM TO. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. SO I ASKED THEM ALSO TO CANCEL ALL THREE ORDERS AND REIMBURSE ME MY MONEY. 7 TIMES OR MORE I SENT EMAIL BUT GONE IGNORED! JUST RECEIVED A TOP AND BRA. THE TOP WAS THROWN TOGETHER BY A CHILD. THE FABRIC IS MADE OF PAPER! TRULY PISSED OFF!!!

I have to agree with the previous review. This site saved me from sending money to this scam site. Very similar to another sketchy site, prices too good to be legitimate. Thanks to everyone.

This has to be the most corrupt company I have ever encountered. They owe me over $100 and I am ashamed of myself for not reading the reviews before I shopped. I was told repeatedly that they would refund me but its been a month now without a response. I think that legally, you can contact customs to report them because this is not just theft, they continue to defraud people all over the world.

Awful experience not even giving them one star,i ordered three pair of supposed to be zbees brand woman sandals ,when i get them they not that brand and the not comfortable when i have contacted customer service and complained about it they offer to refund me 20% only or i have to ship the items to China which is going to cost more than the items ($89.94) they are so wicket they know people wont send any items back to China too much hassle...never order anything again from this fraud company..

Yes, Upustyle was an altogether awful experience. The clothing is cheap and not as it appears on the website. The customer service is lacking in integrity and courtesy. Once you've made a purchase you are on your own, returns will cost you. It makes one wonder how people can be so unconcerned about the experience of others, how we use and abuse one another for a profit in our pocket. Aren't we all on this planet, the only known life form in the known universe together? Will we not all live and die in this world? Can we not see that this is the rarest of all bonds; we share this human life together and yet so little love for one another. Warm hand to warm hand should be our practice as humans. Why harm one another every time we turn around, even with something as necessary as clothing ourselves. It's a shame indeed. Shame on Upustyle.

I wouldn't even give them one star but you don't get a choice. This company should not be allowed to trade in the USA!!! Shoe sizes did not run true to size and would not fit. One pair nice, the other really cheap looking. I kept asking for the return address and each time they offered me a bigger return until I got up to 50%. Too early to see if it really happens. Now I have to try to sell the shoes. Don't order from them no matter how good the items look online. you'll be sorry in the end!!

This company should be put out of business. First, know that you are purchasing internationally so your order is not trackable and may arrive 6 weeks later. Second, know that if it doesn't fit, they do not honor a return policy as they state they have on their website. Instead, they offer you 15% back to keep the item that you received (even if it doesn't fit). Item (shoes) received was super cheap and looked different than pictured on the website. The shoes were also not even close to the size advertised which was my primary reason for asking to return. Best of luck if you buy from these scammers!

This company is a scam. The items look so nice on the site. Once you get the order they are totally different. I think a class action suit would be the thing to do. The also won’t give you a full refund or pay for the return. Do your research before purchasing from some of these companies, I will.

I thought this business would be legitimate since they had higher prices than most, but it's another scam. The dresses I purchased were the wrong size (bought size XL, they sent L) and didn't fit (the "v-neck" came down to my waist.) You can't return without paying for the shipping. The material was of extremely poor quality. Avoid!

They shouldn’t even get ONE star. They deserve negative stars. I have been CLEAR that I want a full refund (including shipping) because they sent me a dress I DID NOT order!! They have been going back and forth with me as if they don’t understand that I am only requesting a full refund, OR the correct dress, be given to me. Each time I clearly state I want a full refund, they email me a new offer (regardless of how clearly I let them know that I DO NOT want a partial credit). They have offered me: 30%, 50%, 65%, and now 80% off my purchase price to keep a low quality dress that looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I am so angry that they refuse to process a refund. This feels like nothing more than a scam. They do not listen to my concern, as they do not care! They BREAK their customers down with repeated offers to get us to accept discounts in lieu of refunding our money.

ordered 3 items, one was a pair of shoes. I ordered my usual size and they were very much too short, not true to size. When contacted Upustyle, they said the shoes came from China and I would have to return them to Chine at MY EXPENSE, and that it would cost a lot to ship back. My other option was to get a 15% refund and keep the shoes. So for a pair of shoes that probably cost $2.00 from China, I paid $30.00. I also received 2 pair of pants which are so-so and also came from China. So refunding me 15% of shoe price still leaves them with a profit. The items were shipped from Alejandro Ruiz in California and I was told not to ship back to the shipping address. He has bad reviews also. The grammar used in their reply was as if written by someone from another country, perhaps China?
