If I could give a lower score than 1

If I could give a lower score than 1, I would. I was approved for a mortgage and wanted to cancel the service. I called to cancel the service, when the person who answered the phone became nasty and stated that we were making a mistake by canceling the service he person who when I asked for a manager, when he stated he was a manager. He then continued arguing with me of the mistake I was making by not allowing them to continue, and when I stated that I still wanted to cancel the service, he then talked over top of me to continue arguing! I am not a child and will not be disrespected by a company that I pay a service for!
Best advice that I can give to anyone considering using this company, you can do the same service yourself and will see the same result and save yourself the large fee to do this to boot!

I have asked Uqual company multiple…

I have asked Uqual company multiple times to stop pulling money out of our account due to refi process and no
use for the services due to not able to dispute any items. . The rep today refused to stop the $99. That was again
drafted and refused to credit back what they they pulled. We are now disputing as unauthorized draft through our bank
and we have officially cut ties with Uqual. Very unprofessional very greedy company that continues to draft without approval.

Uqual is a total disappointment

Uqual is a total disappointment. I have should’ve known there would be an issue when I was on a three way with them and the lender and they were arguing. After a month with no contact, no guidance, no interaction I called to cancel because they charged my account with a higher rate then what was told to me. I spoke to Mark and he said they don’t contact their clients and he would discount my payments to $79 and if I wanted to cancel call before Dec. 29 when the payment would be taken out. I called Dec. 24 and told Mark I no longer wanted the service I have not seen nor heard any type of improvement to my credit score. Mark tells me I would be charged $99! I told him that is not what he said to me the previous month he said as long as I cancel before the 29th of December I would not be charged!He said we take payments in the rears. I told him sir that doesn’t make sense and you told me my account wouldn’t be charged if cancel before the date and plus you are charging me more! I checked my account today and they are charging me $99! This company is a total scam. There was no improvement in my report, no one contacts you, and they are dishonest! I want my $99 back!

Awful company they don’t do anything…

Awful company they don’t do anything they literally have blocked my calls but they keep charging m. Please don’t trust this company they will not help you our credit score was in the 600 it went down to the 500 if not less then that. We cancelled them and they literally have not and they try to take money in random days. Everyday till they get their money and then block your calls to them..

When it comes to your credit we did see you have amazing success with your credit disputes when your account was current and there were no interuptions to your disputes. However, when it comes to people's credit scores there are certain things that are beyond our control that can impact a consumers credit scores, like new late payments and new collections. Rest assured your accounts were shut down the same day you spoke with us on 11/17. You were also sent an email the same day stating your accounts are closed with no further billing. We do hope the very best for you and you are always welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions about your accounts.

Cancellation Issues

The service offers clear benefits and has been quite helpful in addressing credit-related concerns. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. Despite repeated efforts to cancel my account over three weeks, I was repeatedly placed on long hold and pressured to continue the service. I was told that legal requirements mandated a review of all progress made prior to cancellation—when I declined further time on the call and indicated I would contact my bank and explore my legal benefits through my employer, the advisor became unprofessional. I ended the call, and shortly thereafter received an email confirming that the account had been closed. This raises serious concerns: either relevant laws were violated or the information provided to me was misleading.

I sent emails and called several times and my request was not honored immediately or the multiple return calls and finally the cancellation email would be closer in date. Also you failed to address how your agent misrepresented and conflated your process w/ legal requirements. With that said I’ve sent 2 emails requesting your mailing address and if your calls are recorded and you’ve yet to respond on your website. I gladly receive that info here if it is more convenient
