I had to escalate the issue to Trustpilot before i finally received a replacement voucher. Despite complaining to customer support for over 3 days, i was met with nothing but patience. While i appreciate the replacement, my overall experience with Uquid has left me dissapointed. I hope this doesn't happen to other users.

I still unable to redeem the voucher i purchased over 3 days ago (Acc:B061247598, ID:5565259, Batch:BM412590000810448271). I've submitted all the evidence and data to the customer support on telegram (Uquidcs2) 3 days ago, but i've only been asked to be patient and wait without any assurance. It has taken this long just to redeem the voucher i purchased without any certainty, i've lost both money and time. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Uquid and i'll no longer be using Uquid services again.

Sent $10.17, confirmed within 15 minutes. Over an hour later it still says transaction pending on the website. 4+ confirmations. I emailed support and they still say that the transaction was never received 🤡
Consider never purchasing from this website lest you would like to lose 100% of whatever you send to them.
