I’m extremely disappointed with this company and their product. First of all, the product itself did not work as advertised. I followed the instructions carefully and still didn’t get the results they claim, which feels very misleading.

What’s even more frustrating is their so-called “money back guarantee.” When I reached out to request a refund, they did not honor it, despite clearly promoting it as a risk-free purchase. That alone makes me question their integrity as a business.

On top of that, the product does not come with everything you actually need. It fails to clearly explain that you need two packets if you intend to use it for both hands. And the site says just needs water. No you need the bucket too. This is a major oversight in the product description and feels intentionally unclear to get customers to spend more.

Overall, this was a waste of money and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Don't buy from this company. I have never received my order. They told me to check with my neighbors and check with the post office.

I would give it zero stars if able. As many of the reviews say, (my bad for not researching this company beforehand ) long shipping times, (one month) not enough material to do two hands, (100mg pouch) no bucket or instructions on what size bucket to use. Extremely disappointed!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered my kit on February 4th and I still have yet to receive any product. I checked my tracking number on march 3rd and it said the package was delivered to my local post office on 2/23 but that the post office disposed of it due to it containing perishable items. There’s no telling what this company actually put in the box that made the post office discard it as all I ordered was the mould kit. I reached out to them to let them know of the issue and they swore that the package was still en route and gave me a different tracking number. I checked the tracking number last night and it says it was delivered to Tennessee when I don’t even live in that state!!! This company is a total scam and their customer service is a joke. I’ve requested a refund multiple times but they have yet to do that. Buyer beware!!!

The package was missing instructions and not enough powder.. we tried using less water given the small amount of powder but that didn’t work.. the solution never solidified!! Pure garbage/ scam

No bucket no instructions…. Had to google and pull out a calculator to determine the amount of water to use. They also got my order entirely wrong. Shame on them…

Scam! I never received any product. I contacted customer support several times to request a refund, as after months of waiting I no longer wanted the product, but to no avail! They say they will try to resolve the situation, but nothing happens. If anyone reads this, don't buy from them, it's a complete fraud!

Disaster, nowhere near enough powder for two hands, no instructions so no idea how much water to add then it set before we put our hands in, even though it said 3-5 mins it was more like 1 minute, so disappointing. I’m mad with myself as I usually check reviews but didn’t this time. Don’t buy, you’d need at least 3 kits just for two hands.

Just received email from them re my complaint, informing me you’d need 4 packets to enable you to make a two hands model. That would cost of £80 crazy!!!!!

Long shipping and not enough product to even do your hands. Would not buy

It’s been a month since I should have received my order and I have not received anything . Many very automated messages keep me waiting but nothing is actively being done to locate my package.
I paid nearly 2 months ago. So I am now chasing them for a refund.

This company is a rip off. It shows a complete kit for each mold. That isn’t accurate. It takes four kits for one sculpture of two adult hands. It shows a bucket to make your mold in. There is NO bucket.The measurement used is in ml. One kit doesn’t even give you enough to cover the ends of your finger. It says that they guarantee the mold will turn out each time….. they do not give refunds. They will give you a percentage off discount code on your next order of their worthless garbage. Save your money. Do not order from them!!!!

Do not buy from them Uraona, it’s a con. You purchase and they never send it. You can contact customer service and they don’t reply - I’ve sent 4 replies now. Original email reply said they sent it via Royal Mail no tracking and yup you guessed it they never arrived. DO NOT BUY you will be ripped off - going through my method of payment to try and recoup my money.

I ordered two sets and one set was not even enough to submerse me and my wife’s hand. This is false advertisement. This company should be closed down buyers. Beware if you do want to cast hands. You will have to purchase at least six sets to cast one set of hands.

Terrible product. One kit isn't even enough material to cast an infants hand. When I mixed TWO kits together I barely had enough molding mix, and then the mix failed completely. It never set up, and had tons of water leftover even though I followed the directions perfectly. Complete failure. You can find cheaper kits with 10x as much material on amazon. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Really poor took weeks to arrive not enough product to make molds no real instructions total scam please avoid contacted company for refund as genuinely feel this product is being missold poor please avoid

Clear instructions were not provided and especially when buying. 2 packs should be recommended for a hand mould and a the option to buy ample sized bucket in order to complete the molding.

Product arrived 7 weeks after ordering.

Barely any powder to use, no instructions. Just says mix with water.

Their website clearly states they’ll send free replacement if it doesn’t work. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Awful and misleading on the amount you need per person on the website, then delivery doesn’t contain all you need that’s listed on the packaging and already had to wait one month for it to come back. Now I have to pay to return it. Do better , disgraceful behaviour, avoid like the plague
