Poor quality items. I have ordered a few items, once directly from the company and then unbeknownst to me through a 3rd party seller. If I'd of realised who they were during my second purchase I would not have ordered.

Both times I had to send the items back as they were not as expected. They did not look like the photos on site, either a different shade, or very chunky in size. There were also quality issues as bits were fraying and leather parts of the item had a pungent damp smell that was very unpleasant.

I had issues sending the items back and they tried to charge me for postage when it was free returns. Whoever I spoke to was incredibly rude to me and dragged my complaint out for quite a while. I eventually got a refund after the 3rd party seller stepped in to help.

I have learnt my lesson and now the company name is burnt into the back of my mind in case I come across another item that I think would make a nice gift for someone and I accidentally purchase it from this company.

Very disappointed, bad experience as i placed an order 2 months ago and also sent an email to request an explanation and no one got back to me nor i've received the order or have been refunded... TOTALLY disappointed ...

This store has a very wide selection of products which, based on my purchases, are of high quality. What is more, I find them to be well-priced with some very good bargains

I ordered a set of male stud patterned earings and two days after received them the middle part of stud where pattern is came off will not be ordering hear again.
