I contacted them two years ago as I had built a house over Covid years and lots I had bought over Internet, given the circumstances, did not resemble what I
purchased.
I was a bit wary regarding a purchase and they couldn't have been more helpful or decisive on which I should buy.
Delivery men were fantastic. They built up my glass lamp from Italy which would terrify anyone touching it .
Coming to your showhouse soon to see dining chairs as I need to sit to see if they are comfortable- call me old-fashioned but I need to sit on them as I entertain a lot

Most excellent customer service I’ve ever received. I actually purchased my item one year ago but I had to come back hear to review urban avenue because they’ve just been brilliant. I ordered a cot last year and I even at the time there were some mishaps with the courier company but urban avenue were fantastic then, and now as i need to readjust the setting my newborn I notice I have some missing parts (having used it at the toddler setting for my first born), urban avenue set about sourcing these parts for me straight away nevertheless it’s covid times! Brilliant company!

I would highly recommend Urban Avenue to anyone who loves design - great products, designers and a fantastic service. The cooling ceramics carafe, tumblers and mini carafe from Magisso we bought have become a real talking point in our home. Everyone loves them. They keep our drinks cool and the kids love drawing on theirs with chalk. Fast and professional service - with attention to detail paid throughout the whole process.
