I order a case but the one delivered was too small. After contacting support and sending a photo of the case next to my old case (it is very obviously not the same size) I was told the correct case was in fact sent and to send a video recording of the case next to my phone so they could see the difference more clearly. I did this and haven't heard from them since, even after following up multiple times. Would never recommend.
I ordered a green phone case. I received a blue phone case. I contacted the company and sent them a picture. They gaslit me and told me my blue phone case was in fact green due to lighting differences, and enjoy my new phone case. I sent them another, clearer pic in broad daylight, and again they gaslit me. Then they ghosted me. I ended up sending the case back and disputing the charge, and buying a phone case from temu that was way cheaper and better quality. It was also the colour I ordered.
