This is the best drinks bottle on the market by far

Delays in delivery, was not informed the item was not in stock when order placed, then excuses that one had been dispatched but another one would be sent, so tracking obviously did not work. Ordered two other items from another supplier came quickly then ordered again all delivered before my Urban item so will not be using again.

Good bottle terrible lids that crack and customer services is diabolical wouldn't bother personally but all ready have the bottles as they were a gift so will get lids as and when

Already got two in different colours, so decided to order two more, so we can have hot drink and soup, brilliant product.

Nice product, pity they didn’t give a better spot at game fair.
Money people spent on cold drinks would have bought a flask for free with your all day drinks top up.

A very good hardwearing bottle. I have wrecked many on site, so far this one is performing very well having dropped it several times with nothing more than superficial scratches and more importantly it doesn’t leak. I was extremely impressed with how cold the drink stayed throughout the day. Even at the end of the day it was still like it had just came out the fridge. Brilliant trick is to put ice cubes in the drink when you first make it if you like your water extra cold

An excellent piece of kit - I’m really enjoying using it. I haven’t tried it for hot drinks yet, but it certainly works well for keeping drinks cold & it looks great!

We bought 3 x 750ml water bottles at the Game Fair. The lads were very informative, helpful and in all honesty they are fantastic bottles, my coffee stays hot for hours.
For cold drinks they stay cold and fresh for hours too.
The bottles are stylish and easy to clean.

Met these guys at Game fair 2022, we have had vacuum bottles before but this one really does keep your drink cool! Has a handy rope built into the lid so can clip onto backpack.
