Very unreliable. Did not get a refund for jerseys which Are out of Stock. Just an email that I will get a refund. No more reaction to that. In the past that was My favourite Page for jerseys, but currently I would not order there anymore.

I contacted them several times by e- mail, by whattsapp and by their homepage. No answer! A customer can't change her/ his mind. If you have made an order you are forced to pay and keep the ordered issue.

I bought a shirt in November and haven't heard from them since. It's unbelievable that websites like this can continue to steal from people and nobody can do anything about it.

No refunds, no replacements, and according to the other reviews, often no goods arrive either. As for me, the boots didn’t fit and I simply asked for a larger size. Received curt refusal saying I should’ve read their refunds policy before ordering. If only I’d also read their other reviews.
Astonished that companies like this are allowed to trade - I will be reporting them to Trades Standards.

I ordered some football boots in November and they sent me an order confirmation and track and trace. I could track it until arrival in Denmark. Then the status ended with the the text “under custom clearance”. You can contact them on Whatsapp and e-mail but they never answered and the football boots never arrived and my daughter never got these boots for Christmas. So I think this is a scam/fraud company - no recommendations from here

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Ordered my son boots for Christmas which were small so asked for an exchange to a bigger size and they denied this for me and said that only applies to shirts! I wasn’t asking for a refund! So now £100 out of pocket. Will never use this company again!

Please be informed NO refund possible. When you have doubts about the size not ordering!!! On the website they prefer refund within 14 days NOT possible. They will not accept refund and they don’t contact you. Please search for a other website with good conditions!

I ordered and never got my order, they took my money really fast though. I contacted the company 4 or 5 times, they always promised my order was coming. I never got a tracking number. My order did not arrive after 7 weeks and false promises fom Urban Football. I had to have the FRAUD department from my credit card refund my money. URBAN FOOTBALL is a scam company and a waste of time, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I placed an order on November 24, 2025, which I paid for on the same day. Today is December 15 and I still haven’t received the order. They don’t reply to emails or to any attempt at contact. This website is an absolute scam. Do not buy anything here.

First time using this company and it will be the last. We purchased some football boots for my daughter however they’re too big. I immediately contacted them to ask if we could exchange for another size and was advised they do not offer exchanges or refunds on shoes (they haven’t been worn aside from trying them on). I was told to ‘pay attention to the size chart’. Football boots are variable in fit just by the style. Disgusting service.

Massive scammers! Do not buy from this company! Bought some football boots for my daughter for Christmas. Sizes are small asked for exchange said no exchange or refunds ! Not wot you expect from a company that states on there website 14 days returns ! Also something dodgy about this website ! Avoid at all costs !!

Same thing.i ordered sneakers,i got a tracking number that does not work.They told me that i will receive them.It’s been 3 weeks.Now they are not answering.
It’s definitely a scam!!!

Scam. I ordered and paid for an Everton away shirt on 10 October. I’m in Australia. Stopped answering my WhatsApp messages. Just a scam. I should have known better
